Very unprofessional and misleading experience. I went to this shop for a tire puncture repair. When I arrived at their listed location, I called and was told they had "moved" and were now a mobile shop. They asked me to drive to a completely different address, which was already inconvenient. Once I got there, they checked two tires. Only one tire actually had a puncture and needed repair; the other tire had no issue. Despite that, they insisted on charging $60 for two tires, even though only one tire was actually repaired. When I questioned the price, they suddenly added an unexpected "inspection" fee. The pricing kept changing - nothing was explained upfront. When I calmly pointed out the issue and said I would leave a review about the experience, the person started verbally abusing me, which was completely shocking and unprofessional. I ended up paying $50 just to avoid further conflict, but the whole experience felt dishonest and extremely disrespectful. I do not recommend this place. Very poor customer service, unclear pricing, and aggressive behaviour.
Come here for tire puncher and expected to be great seervice unfornately they charge too much for tire puncher repair one tire cost CAD 60 dollars.....kudos to the tireman...not recommended for anyone.....lol
They dont even used proper way to tighten up the bolts on the wheels they just drill it with the power tools which they should used a torch wrench . Long term is just gonna destroy your wheels and car eventually. Which they dont care
They told me to come for 9 am Sunday for rust proofing, when I got there they said they had no material and can't do the job. Wasted my time and gas.
These are my go to guys. Convenient and open late as well. They’ve helped me out numerous times. I appreciate an honest business and for getting me in n out as fast as possible. Highly recommend this place for your tire needs!
They over charged us just for the flat tire which was on the car for just a simple 1 min work they charged us 56 bucks which was comparatively 30 dollars extra from other workshop. Just because we didn’t had option they took us for granted. Never recommend this.
Reliable mobile Tire service. Very fast to respond back to me and was able to get to my location in about 30mins. Very accomodating gentlemen and I will be recommending services to friends and family. Thank You for your quick response and accomodation. In regards to quality of tires, no issues with tires they replaced. No leaks and everything went smoothly. Great Job for the service that you provide!
