I bought a sprinter van from Alness Motors last week. I’m not only get a good deal on this Van also I got a very high standard service. The Van which I am looking for, but the service is out of my expectations. 1st, they didn’t push me to place order. 2nd. They keep the words as they said. 3rd, they do extra things which I did not required. why I said that? When first time I see the vehicle,They show me van the way is. Show me the van full history report and explain lot of details. After I placed the order, I pointed it out many things want to fix, they completed all. They clean the van inside out and tell me how to take care of the van. I’m really appreciated their service Final words, Small dealership, excellent service. If I have to trade my vehicle next time. Natalia was an absolutely terrible business woman. All I can say is wow.... could not ask for better service from a car dealer... ( very impressed ) I bought a 2011 mercedes benz ML350 Bluetec and after one week had some electrical issues and they took care of me!!! even though I bought the car As Is.... ( unbelieveable and hard to find service like that... ) I would highly recommend them to everybody... you just dont find people with that kind of integrity anymore.... thank you thank you and thank you...
