I think it's hilarious that people say they've had good experiences with this company. The person who I talked to severely tried to undercut the price of my trade in, and expected that to be okay. They tell you as If you don't know any better, which I guess for most people is true. For me it's not. Scam artists. Unreal.

This 1 star is based on the rude attitude and demeanor of the salesman named Sarvin. I can't speak for the rest of the dealership, but based on how arrogant and pompus this guy was on the phone, they definitely won't be getting my business.
Writing on behalf of a client who came to my shop with a Jeep that was “safetied”. this Jeep was one of the most mechanically unsound vehicles I have ever seen in my shop. client stated it engine light went on 24 hours after purchase and both him and his wife had carbon monoxide poisoning from it. dealership yelled at them and had another person drive it back after being told by a doctor and mechanic it wasn’t safe to be driven. Told the customers safety was redone and Jeep in perfect condition, LIES. the Jeep was 100x worse than before with engine issues, differential issues, 4x4 issues, power steering and trans line busted, CV and U joints busted. this Jeep would not pass a safety alone due to the drivers side door being busted. the horror story these good people went through disgusts me. the owner actually yelled at him saying it’s his problem “why you cause problem for me? You cause trouble”. anyone looking for a good reliable and safe car stay far far away from this place. If you want a car that will either break down or kill you then go ahead and buy from here. you all should be ashamed yourselves. disgusting.
What a professional and honest team! They saved me and my car in less than an hour. I have a Hyundai 2015 which I bought it brand new from dealership 3 years ago. For a while, I was hearing an strange sound from the engine. So I took my car to a few mechanics close to my home and they said I have to take my car to Hyundai dealership. In dealership, they charged me $400 only to test it and then they said that I have to replace entire engine for a cost of about $6000. Then I rushed to sell my car but the price I was offered by a few car dealers was too low. I was upset until one of my friends recommended this place to me. So I took my car there and explained story of my car to the owner, Farzin. He listened carefully to the sound and told me there is a simple test that he can diagnose the problem. So he called one of his staff member and he exchanged engine oil. It was Unbelievable, all excess noises disappeared immediately after that. Apparently, last time that I had oil exchange done, wrong density of oil has been used for my car and Farzin patiently explained me how wrong oil can cause this problem. I could not believe that my car is back to life and wanted to sell it before I hear that sound again. But Farzin reassured me that my car is in a good condition and I do not have to sell it in a hurry. At the same time, he said that if I really want to sell, he can buy my car at a price which was 3 times more than other dealerships. Finally, I decided to keep my car and I do not have any problem with it. I cannot find proper words to say my appreciation for saving my car in almost no charge. Thank you Farzin!
