Hello everyone. My wife and I recently purchased a Used 2014 Mercedes Benz GLK 250 Blue-tech diesel from Mike at Auto Rover. From the time I called and met Mike over the phone and made an appointment to come and view the vehicle everything was absolutely seamless, and professional. Mike was so very friendly and showed me that I was very important, that he really cared and wanted my business. I went over the vehicle carefully and thoroughly being an ex Mercedes Benz technical man myself and test drove it. I was happy with the vehicle bar a few small things which Mike said he would gladly and did take care of. He was very flexible and agreed on a very fair price. He additionally agreed to put on new all season tires and without me even asking threw in a set of snow tires and rims. I appreciated that very much. Nothing was too much trouble for Mike. We signed the deal and picked up the vehicle when it was.ready. The vehicle has been running beautifully and we are very happy that we purchased it from Mike at Auto Rover and we would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good used car. Mike has since become my friend. As a side note we love the bi-xenon headlights which make for crystal clear and safe night driving. Keep up the outstanding work Auto Rover.
We recently purchased a 2015 Audi Q3 from Auto Rover and honestly... we couldn't be happier! I have had a lot of used car buying and selling experience over the last 30 years and I have never had as good an experience as with Mike and his team. Mike is dedicated to sourcing only top quality vehicles and offers them at competitive prices. Over a period of about six weeks of researching pre-owned vehicles, we targeted 4 or 5 cars at Auto Rover. They all sold within days (or hours) before we could pull the trigger on a purchase. This is a testament to the fact that Auto Rover inventories only premium vehicles that many astute buyers will recognize as tremendous value. Every car in their inventory is listed $1K to $2K lower that their comparables on Autotrader.ca and is in near mint condition. Mike is committed to excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond the call of industry standard service. He kept his eye out for just the right vehicle for us and he contacted us after our initial visit to the show room several times. Mike is the genuine real deal. He makes the buying experience personal and a pleasure. Auto Rover serviced our Audi prior to pick up with up-grades that were not necessary for safety certification. After we got it home (3 hours away in Kingston), I had it inspected by our regular mechanic who reported a clean bill of health and stated that he rarely sees vehicles of that vintage in such great condition. I previously reviewed this place, also as a 1 star. I just want to let everyone know all of these other 1 star reviews are correct. They sell JUNK cars and have terrible recovery from when their cars have issues. They give the same copy paste response to all their bad reviews, and never apologize to their customers. Terrible customer service other than when you give them money. Bad business model. No owning up to mistakes. My car only had 130,000 kms and the engine blew with routine maintenance, with problems with the car literally the day after driving it off the lot. NOT WHAT YOU EXPECT OUT OF A CAR AFTER YOU DROP 10 GRAND ON IT!
I have purchased over 20 cars for myself and have helped many friends and family make car purchases. I am very impressed by Autorover’s professionalism and efficiency. All clerical work was done and ready for signatures to ensure an efficient pick up of my new car. Mike was exemplary to deal with! I had a concern about the vehicle after pick up and am most impressed with how it was resolved. Mike took care of the minor expense and made sure I did not have to travel the 100 km back to their shop by approving the repair to be done by my mechanic. I most definitely will be adding to my car collection again with Mike and the Auto Rover team. Honest and trustworthy team!
