I’m writing regarding a vehicle listed on Facebook Marketplace by one of your employees, Li Hekmat. I attempted to inquire about the vehicle, but my messages were seen and not responded to. As a potential customer, communication is important to me, and this experience made me decide not to proceed. I wanted to share this feedback for your awareness. Thank you for your time.

Beware of this dealership. Purchased a car from them, the car broke down few days after picking it up. After a lengthy back forth struggle for them to pick it up and repair it, they sent someone to pick it up to take to their shop. While my car was in their possession, they incurred a speeding ticket, a parking ticket and a hefty 407 bill and an extra 1000 km on the odometer somehow. Where did they drive my car? After again a long struggle ensued back and forth, they managed to pay for their speeding ticket and parking ticket. Not the 407. To this day they will not pay for their 407 joyride bill! They had the car in their possession trying to fix it in their so called “shop” for over a week, they said it was fixed and I got the car back. Few days later the car broke down again!! This time for good!! It is still broken down with engine blown and 18 other issues according to my mechanic!! My mechanic asks “how was this car certified”, I have no clue! After numerous and I mean numerous failed attempts of contacting and literally begging them to please help me by phone, letter, email, they continue to dismiss and ignore and ignore and ignore! But why? I’ve purchased many vehicles in my life and dealt with many dealerships and I’ve never come across this level of unprofessionalism and disrespect. They are only professional at being conmen! The perfect reviews are fake! Again I warn everyone to be beware of this business!

NEGATIVE STAR – AVOID AUTO PLUTO AT ALL COSTS❗️❗️❗️ I’m writing this review to warn others. I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan from AutoPluto after being told by Peer, Jay, and Amir (the owner) that the vehicle had no issues at all. From day one, that was completely false. The car had a damaged windshield, engine light on, hesitation to start, start/stop errors, stalling at red lights, burning oil, and several other mechanical issues that only got worse until the car eventually broke down. I contacted Amir immediately. After weeks of being ignored, he finally agreed to send the vehicle to his mechanic. They kept my car for two weeks (this is before I broke down), didn’t update me, put over 1,000 km on it, and returned it with nothing repaired. During that time, I also received speeding tickets, parking tickets, and a 407 bill — all from when the car was in their possession. Since then, I’ve called, emailed, texted, and even filed a BBB complaint. They have ignored everything. The only time Amir answered the phone is when I broke down with the vehicle and I was crying asking for help, he yelled at me and told me he “doesn’t care” and that the car is “my problem.” I was also promised a 1-year warranty that I never received despite asking for it repeatedly. An independent mechanic has now confirmed the vehicle has around 24 major issues and is not repairable. I am still making payments and paying insurance on a car I don’t even have. This dealership has shown zero responsibility, zero communication, and zero concern for customers. I was sold a completely defective, non-repairable vehicle and abandoned the moment I needed help. Please protect yourself. Avoid AutoPluto.

Bought my first car after moving to Canada from auto Pluto and they were amazing. Car was in amazing condition and any issues that we had after they were so helpful with fixing and covered all our costs

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I bought a 2018 Mercedes from them and was lied to about almost everything. They claimed the car was fully inspected and safe — I even told them I was pregnant and needed something reliable. They promised brakes/rotors were new (they weren’t), said they would pay off my Lincoln loan (they didn’t, leaving me with 2 car payments of almost $2,000/month), and promised 2 months no payments on the Mercedes (another lie — payments came out immediately). They also lied about the mileage. They made me use a family member’s bank account instead of my own, charged $250 for delivery and never refunded it, and delayed dropping off the car for over a week. After I picked it up myself, I discovered issues right away. The salesman ignored my countless texts/calls, dragging things out so my “31-day warranty” would expire. At one point they even disconnected my rear differential, which is dangerous and can destroy the car. A diagnostic originally showed “fuel pump” but they suspiciously changed their story. They gave me an insane 27% interest rate, lied saying it would drop automatically each year, and told me it was lower than it actually was. The bank confirmed this was completely false. The dealership also told me the car wasn’t in an accident — I am now waiting for Mercedes to confirm if that was another lie. To make things worse, staff harassed my sister, sending inappropriate messages and explicit photos, and even offered to pay her for sexual favors. Women are treated with no respect here — I constantly had to get my fiancé to step in because they dismissed me and my concerns. This whole experience has been a nightmare when it was supposed to be exciting and safe for me and my baby. I have recordings, texts, and proof of all these lies. This dealership engages in fraud, scams, harassment, and sells unsafe vehicles. They should lose their license to sell cars. Avoid Auto Pluto at all costs. Don’t risk your safety, money, or sanity with them.

Horrible experience. While there I was told one price and when I went to sign the price was $500 more and the guys all looked at each other and said how much did you say and they all stood together on the higher price. At that point I just wanted the process done and it was still in my budget so I figured okay sure. The car broke down twice in the first 30 days. We called and told them and they hung up on us. We had it repairs and had two mechanics sign off in the fact that the issues should have been taken care of in the safety and we called again and they hung up on us again. Currently talking to a lawyer

We had a great experience with AutoPluto. They didn’t rush us, gave us a very good deal (almost 2k cheaper than another used car dealership), and helped us with financing. Overall we are very happy with the service and our new vehicle (2014 Nissan Rogue). We highly recommend them.

    We had a great experience with AutoPluto. They didn’t rush us, gave us a very good deal (almost 2k cheaper than another used car dealership), and helped us with financing. Overall we are very happy with the service and our new vehicle (2014 Nissan Rogue). We highly recommend them.
