Art and Alex were very professional and made sure to help us out with our many questions. The car was exactly as shown…. Actually, it was even better than the pictures. Great service, hardworking guys ! We highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!
We bought a 2015 Traverse from these guys a year ago and drove it to NS. Car still runs well and we are happy to have been so fortunate. Alex and everyone there were pleasant with no BS or your stereotypical used car salesman's jive. The fixed what they promised and did the papers properly. A good experience and used car.
Complete waste of time. These people truly do not want to sell cars. I called to try and make an appointment to see and test drive a specific vehicle. I called 4 hours before I was planning on showing up to give them some notice and because I am coming from out of town. I asked if I would need to schedule an appointment to test drive their car and was told I could come in anytime, no appointment needed. When I got there, the salesman was seemed to be on a very unprofessional phone call. He was yelling, speaking in a sarcastic tone, automatically making me uncomfortable. No action was taken to move the call to a private area. Not only was the car I inquired about blocked in by about 6 other cars, it was completely dead to the point where the infotainment system wouldn’t even turn on. I asked if I would be able to test drive the car as I made clear I wanted to over the phone, and was told “there is a similar one out front I could test drive”. I made it very clear that I would not be putting money down until I drove the car that I came to see and that I would not be satisfied test driving a “similar car” (the similar car was about 3 trim levels below the one I wanted to buy). The salesman gave me the key to go inspect the inside of the car I came to see and as we were walking towards the car, he left to go make a phone call, making himself unavailable to answer any questions I had. After looking the dead car over by myself, I returned to the sales office where I went over the service history of the vehicle. Afterwards, I again asked if the car could be test driven so I could move forward with the deposit. I was told by the salesman that I couldn’t test drive the car until I filed a credit application to make sure I could afford the car ($21,000 vehicle) and to prove that I was a serious buyer. I was very frustrated by this, as I have recently test driven cars from two different lots without a credit application. I explained that I was not interested in spending my time proving that I could afford the car through a credit application until they were able to prove that the car was able to turn on. The salesman was very unprofessional, incredibly pushy, and provided no explanation. I had driven 2 hours out of town for this specific car but would not be putting money down (or lowering my credit score by having the lot do a credit check) until I could drive the car, as they had told me over the phone that I could. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car lot. Unprofessional, waste of time, and salesmen who don’t want sales.
Believe the bad reviews about the mechanic they have in house here. They told me they were going to replace all my brake pads and rotors when I bought my car a few months ago. I just got a safety on the car in my new province and despite being told the rotors were replaced, turns out they weren't! I called and asked them about this and they told me that unless I had it in writing that K&L were going to replace the rotors, they didn't need to. I didn't think I needed to obtain that cause they were telling me all these improvements they were going to make to the car to try and get me to buy it. So, if they tell you they're going to do any work on the car before you buy it, don't believe them :) believe the reviews calling them out. It's also kind of hard to tell if a rotor is new once the "new all season tires" (cheapest tires you can buy, they likely ordered them on amazon) are on the car.
No communication on facebook. Asked about a car they had and zero response. Even though it shows read ... They sure don't want to sell cars or answer questions.
Horrible customer service, didn't even get to finish my sentence before being interupted by "hellos" even tho they know I'm in a middle of a thought. Dont take this risk of buying a vehicle from someone who wont let you get a word through.
Do not buy a car from these guys!!!! They fake safety in house. I bought a car from this location safety certified with 4 blown shocks and a bad front right hub bearing. DO NOT TRUST OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. They do not care about the safety of you or your family. Steer clear of these crooks. . . . (Edit): Oh and just so you can't say I'm lying like you did on the other bad reviews. I bought the 2008 buick allure clx (color champagne). And yes I've reported it to OMVIC, since when i did come in to give you a chance to rectify the situation before i report you. You told me you don't care and to take it up with them. . . . (Added January, 20. 2019) I dont like the fact that you can reply to my comment but i can't after you did. And just to be clear. Ive only had this car 2 months not 3. Also i brought it to you 28 days after the purchase date and you told me you dont care and to take it up with OMVIC and the MTO. so you're just lying to make your shop look reputable, so just take the bad reviews and own them since you deserve them.
