I couldnt believe that this was actually a car dealership. Yusaf was incredible, calm, patient and listened to all my concerns. He also would have made a great therapist. I left there as happy with Yusaf as I was with my purchase. I still pop in for a hello and coffee.
Purchased a used car from the dealership, I know my credit wasn't the greatest to begin with and needed a vehicle. I dont usually write reviews but the team at Lion Motors was very knowledgeable and patient with all the questions i asked. I would highly recommend dealing with them if you are considering purchasing a vehicle through financing. Big shout out to Yusuf he was exceptional!
I purchased my car from this dealership in August. The sales process itself was smooth, but the experience after the sale has been very disappointing. Shortly after purchasing the car, I noticed a rumbling sensation while driving. I reported it to my sales agent, who had me bring the vehicle in, but both the agent and the manager, Yusuf claimed they didn’t “feel” anything and said their mechanic would find no issues because there is no light on the dashboard, ultimately wasting my time. Concerned, I took the car to my own mechanic, who discovered multiple problems that should have been addressed before the sale. I repeatedly mentioned the rumbling noise and the fact that the tires were cracked, but my concerns were dismissed. The dealership eventually replaced one of the items my mechanic identified but continued to ignore the tire issue until I reported that the tire pressure light was coming on every three days. Only then did they agree to order new tires, but I still had to pay for the installation, even though this should have been covered under the package we purchased. When I texted the sales agent to ask whether I was being charged an installation fee. Immediately Yusuf call the man from Star Tire and tell him to charge me. At no point did anyone inform me that there would be a fee on my part since this was to be handled by Lion Motors. Had I known, I would have taken the tires to my own mechanic and paid much less. I have been blind sided from the moment the sale was finalized. We bought the Client Care Package, which was supposed to include a thorough inspection and maintenance coverage for 36 days after the sale. However, based on my mechanic’s findings, it’s clear that no proper inspection was ever performed. He even mentioned the car likely wouldn’t have passed a safety check in its condition at the time of purchase. To make matters worse, I had to get an oil change just one week after buying the vehicle. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of accountability and attention to detail. I strongly recommend that anyone purchasing from this dealership ask detailed questions, verify all promised services, and have the vehicle independently inspected before finalizing their purchase
Nice experience.... Nice people .... They got nice suvs and cars.... Was just happy how quick very thing was done and i got my car..... Parsan.... is the man you ask when you get there.... He is a gentleman..... But has not provided me with my EV charger. And will not reply to my text either.... So be careful, tried to.... not let them tell you they would get this or that afterward....
DO NOT BUY VEHICLE FROM HERE… They take your money and don’t give back if it doesn’t turn out. They also said vehicle wasn’t in an accident and turned out to be it was in accident. Don’t trust a word they say. !
Matin and Yusuf were great help. Really made the car buying experience easy and simple while going out of their way by buying the car and transporting the car all the way from Quebec truly dedicated to customer satisfaction all the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy and smooth car buying experience.
