I am extremely unhappy with Classic Living Expressions Furniture. I purchased an expensive set including sofas, chairs, and an 8-person dining table with chairs. Given the high price, I expected high-quality products and professional service; unfortunately, I received neither. On the day of delivery, I was informed that the dining table was not ready. The main reason we chose this collection was because everything matched, so switching to a different table was not an option. We agreed to wait, and they assured us of a new delivery date. A few days before that date, they called again to say the table still wouldn’t be ready. We rescheduled once more, and this time they guaranteed 100% that it would be ready. Yet again, just one day before my party, they called and said the table would not be ready. This caused major inconvenience and stress. On top of that, during installation, they forgot to put rubber protectors under some sofas and chairs, which resulted in scratches on my flooring. To make matters worse, we received two coffee tables with completely different marble types and colors, which clearly should have matched. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, all I received was repeated apologies. They made no real effort to fix their mistakes or compensate for the issues. For such store, this level of service and quality is unacceptable. I do not recommend buying from this shop.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Classic Living. I purchased a bunch of furniture, including a custom-built sectional, and everything was delivered right on time. They also carry a beautiful collection of Michael Amini pieces that really stood out to me. The delivery team was amazing — very professional and careful with setup. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and quality!

We had a wonderful experience with Classic Living Expression. They had a wide variety, and Harjas was patient in exploring all the options with us, even though we changed our minds a few times. Our custom sofa set arrived before time. We had some issues with delivery guys, which Harjas intervened and prompty sorted. He also visited personally same-day to make ammends and ensure that our order was completed to specifications. Very happy with our purchase and the service provided.
do not shop at this store. Purchased many pieces from this store and i am not happy with any of them. They do not provide customers with the correct information. I bought this couch about 2 years ago for almost $7,000. I was told that the frame has 10 years warranty, it is 75% feathers, feathers will not shed or poke you, was recommended to pay extra for better fabric quality, was told to chemical spray it so it will have no stain. Unfortunately none of the information i was provided were true. The frame started sagging, feathers are shedding, the chemical spray never worked and actually damaged my fabric and the cushions are now lumpy. I called the store and they refuse to address my issues even though i have 10 warranty. Do not shop at this store.
I just bought my house and heard about their shop decided to give them a visit. But was not sure if i would buy anything but their way of dealing and prices made me buy my whole house furniture from here. I am very happy and will definitely refer everyone to go and buy from them.
I recently purchased a set of couches and had a wonderful experience with the help of Kawal.She went above and beyond my expectations with her customer service. What I appreciated the most is her patience and advice. She was genuine in helping us find the right couch from material, style and comfort. She listened to all of our ideas and answered our questions.When our couches arrived they were designed exactly how we requested with our additional changes and modifications. I was very pleased with my purchase, however, unfortunately when our order arrived, it was missing 4 additional pillows that we paid for. Thankfully, I reached out to Kawal and she was able to solve this issue and help us pick it up within a reasonable amount of time. Based off of the customer service and quality of couches, I would recommend this store and shop here again. I am updating my review, I’ve reached out to Kawal multiple times nearly a month after receiving my couch because the decorated nails started to rust. She assured me it would be replaced and guaranteed it would be done within a week. It’s been months and it’s the same lies being told that someone will be sent over. She even asked for my address again, but nothing. Every time I would follow up, it was “we will fix this issue.” Nothing has been done, I went about it with so much patience but received nothing. Do not waste your money here. Better to go somewhere reliable where they commit to their customers. It’s funny because i actually had two friends who purchased homes and wanted to decorate and I originally suggested this place but immediately told them I can no longer recommend and to just be cautious.
