Delivery staffs handled both the sold items and my small apartment environment with real respect. The quality of all the sold items are very satisfactory, exactly as the pictures shown. This is a review of purchasing from their online store as I have not been to the physical location. We were a bit skeptical because of the lack of reviews online but decided to go ahead because the price was right and ended up having a great experience. We purchased a couch that was listed as new and indeed arrived in new condition so I can't speak to the used products. Within a day of ordering, I received an email confirming delivery date and they were flexible enough to work around my condos elevator rules. The day before and the day of I received quick confirmation calls. Actual delivery went very smoothly - the delivery people brought the couch to the room of choice without damaging any walls and put the legs back on swiftly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this store if you know for sure you want what you are getting (no return policy)
