Modern Sense Furniture is a sophisticated place to buy furniture. This was the first time that I visited this location and it was a really great time. Many pieces of furniture to choose from and much more to choose from.
1 salesperson really listened and tried to help. The other lady just tried to make a sale and didn't listen at all. Found a recliner that I really liked, but ended up buying another elsewhere in GTA for much much cheaper.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You pay and they don’t call or deliver your furniture. Every time you call they have a new excuse and lie to you that it is coming in one week. Very much like a scam. One week later - same story. It’s an expense furniture store.
Purchased a “MADE IN CANADA” table from them in April. Still haven’t received it as it’s “stuck at the border”. They won’t refund me the money for the table and keep postponing the delivery date every month. Scammers! Don’t buy anything from them. They lie about everything.
My parents purchased 4 bar stools at the beginning of December, spending my $5k. The sales person said that they are manufactured in USA and due to holidays they should Ari e at the beginning of March. So it’s beginning of April and we still did not receive the product. I have been calling them since Thursday to speak with the manager and they don’t get back to us.

Worst store and worst experience, they think they can fool the customers by taking orders and huge advances and then not let the order deliver for more than eight months. Please do yourself a favour, read all the reviews before going to the store and blocking your money. All the staff does is telling you random stories and then they tell you that the advance can’t be refunded. Worst customer service, just a scam| Please read their order form carefully before placing them an order, because they would use it against you.
