The Ashley Ralene server we ordered on their web site is significantly and unacceptably lighter on the web site than what was received. They have confirmed that what we received is indeed the Ralene model, not some darker variant, and have indicated that no returns or refunds (even partial) are accepted. How hard would it be for them to post a picture of the actual or identical item on their website, rather than an artist's rendering or an item with a drastically different colour? Do yourself a favour and never order furniture based on the image on the web, especially not from New Furniture Gallery. Hopefully, this review will draw potential customers' attention to the mismatch.
Very very bad quality and services. They promised they will deliver my order in five days and took three months. Moreover, they did not assemble bed and side only deliver it. Please stay away from this store.
The worst furniture company out there. The sale person Ammy lies and promises one thing verbally and makes you sign receipts that says otherwise. Their furniture is made of cheap material that breaks just after the warranty period. Please avoid buying from this store as much as possible. Even one star is too much for this, I wish I could give them 1 star. Also, their store smells like hell.
The tables were as expected. For knock down furniture, the quality of design and materials is very good. They are solid and were very easy to put together. The New Furniture Gallery was easy and efficient to deal with. My only comment would be that there was little to no communication regarding the delivery journey to manage expectations on timing and where the product was in that journey. These day, I think that’s something consumer automatically expect.
I was planning to buy from a big department store, but before I did, I researched the item online and came across this store—and I’m SO glad I did! As soon as I saw the prices, I called right away and spoke to the manager, Perry. He was AMAZING! Perry matched the cost, worked with my budget, and made sure I left with everything I needed—and more! I even ended up getting extra items because the prices were so reasonable. He was super patient, kind, and took the time to explain everything to me and my family. I’m usually very undecided, but he helped me feel confident in my choices. Ordered a bedroom set from furniture gallery, got it the next day! Set is so beautiful. Recommend this place to anyone thats looking for some lovely pieces and fast delivery.
Do not make a mistake by contacting this furniture store. I ordered a sofa in November, they promised to deliver it by December 27. I asked several times whether you can definitely make my order, they promised 100%. After December 27th, when I threw away the old sofas, I was left with an empty room for the New Year. I came to them and the guy who sold me the sofa said that he didn't sell it to me and he didn't say that. A conversation with the manager did not lead to anything. Total deception. Is it really that hard to tell your customers the truth? They can't fulfill the order on time and they will never tell you. I don't know how to build such a business
