I had a very pleasant experience shopping at this furniture store. Harry was very welcoming and offered me his best price. The delivery team was very friendly and professional. An issue appeared in my sofa bed, but Harry is so helpful, he replaced the sofa bed item within a week with a big smile. This store is always respectful and responsible for their items. I had a fantastic experience at this furniture shop! I recently bought a sofa bed and mattress, and I couldn’t be happier. The staff were super helpful and guided me through the options. The quality of the furniture is excellent.
We bought a sofa bed from them for 800 CAD which is a lot of money. The part of the sofa which comes up was defective from the beginning. It is very flimsy and bad quality. Whenever you sit on it there is a piece of wood stabbing you. We complained to them and they told us they will repair it. This happened thrice but the same sofa with the same defect got delivered. We had to manually fix it by tying some threads so it doesn't keep coming out everytime. When we complained again the owner says come to the warehouse we will show you how the sofa works
Hi, I had a good experience while buying a love seat recently. However when it arrived, I was disappointed as it was not as displayed in the store. It's much smaller and not as comfortable, I wish I could be allowed to exchange even if I have to add money.
This is the only place that has been honest, and professional while helping complete my vision. I wanted a bling look and they delivered on that theme. When I picked up my items, they made sure to do a quality check with me present. They even offered other options I didn’t know was available to add to this look.
A step up from a snake oil vendor. Don't bother, spend the extra 100 bucks and go through a real store. Then claiming I've never purchased anything to absolve themself of any criticism like true scam artists. My girlfriend and I have been dealing with you for over a month and even now as our transaction is being laid to rest still you insist on spewing dishonesty, a lack of awarness and an overall abysmal customer experience. Your inevitable demise cannot come soon enough
