I just want to say that this is the best Sangak bread I ever had in Canada. I can’t recommend going here enough. The people working there are all very helpful and nice.
I had a wonderful experience at this Persian supermarket! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. The selection of fresh items is fantastic – from deliciously fresh bread to high-quality meats and all the Persian ingredients you could ever need. Plus, the prices are very reasonable! It's definitely a hidden gem for anyone looking for authentic Persian food. Highly recommend!
I went in expecting to pay the labeled price, only to be hit with extra charges at checkout that were never mentioned beforehand. When I asked about it, the staff gave a vague excuse and didn’t bother to explain properly. This is a shady way of doing business, and it feels like they count on people not noticing or just paying the extra amount. If you value honesty and transparency, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of places that don’t resort to sneaky tactics like this.
It was a cool moment in Alborz supermarket where recently opened a nice bakery in the corner of supermarket. I could put my own sesame and herbs on top my bread (sangak) which reminded me of my good childhood memories in Iran.
This is because you talked me into buying Tamsi saffron when I originally wanted to buy Sahar khiz. You promised the better quality, however I don’t think it’s even a real saffron
I bought Khorake Zaban. It was really fresh and delicious. It was a food that I could not get anywhere else.
