I went to Kourosh Supermarket and the cashier was listening to something in English with earphones, completely ignoring my question. He looked bored and uninterested, like he couldn’t care less. We’re all tired after work, but that’s no excuse for being rude. What happened to respect and basic customer service? Very unprofessional attitude — I’m not coming back again.

Kourosh Super Market is such a welcoming place! The staff are always kind and friendly, and they make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers. I really enjoyed shopping here and will definitely be coming back!

Super Khorak is definitely one of the more expensive Iranian supermarkets in Toronto. While they carry a wide variety of products and their shelves are well stocked, the prices are noticeably higher compared to other Iranian stores in the area. Many of the same items can be found elsewhere for much more reasonable prices. Unless you’re in the neighborhood and need something urgently, it’s not the best option if you’re looking for fair value.

I usually do my grocery shopping in this supermarket and yesterday I bought Halim it was awful ,actually it was spoiled and I called them to explain they didn’t even allow me to talk.

I am so sorry to write this review ,regarding my experience at kourosh support Market in North Vancouver ,I bought 2 breads on 15 Jan late evening , but they not fresh !! Today I went there and requested to change with fresh breads not returning!!! But Cashier refused to do that !!! I left 2 breads ,due they are not usable !!!

It took me 15 minutes to drive to the store and arrive at 9:40, but to my surprise, it was closed! Please update your working hours if you close at 9:30 instead of 10 and value your customers’ time!

New review: I’ve been a regular customer at this Persian supermarket for quite some time, and up until now I’ve always had good experiences. The owners have always been kind and welcoming, and there’s usually a middle-aged woman who works in the evenings who’s very pleasant and helpful. However, my experience on Sunday, October 13, around 2:00–2:30 PM was extremely disappointing. When I got to the front with my items, there was no cashier present. Another customer and I waited for about two minutes, and since no one came, I politely went to the back to let one of the staff know. I completely understand that it’s a small store and staff often need to multitask — I’ve worked in similar places myself — but I do expect that the cash register should remain a priority when customers are waiting. The staff member I spoke to simply said he’d “let someone know,” rather than calling the cashier right away, which felt dismissive. Eventually, the cashier slowly came to the front, but by that time, another customer who had just arrived cut in front of the line and was served first. The cashier didn’t acknowledge the situation or try to manage the order of customers, which made the whole experience frustrating and awkward. I left the store feeling upset and disappointed. It’s not that difficult to keep an eye on the front, especially in a small store. I’ve seen other staff balance restocking and customer service far better in the past, so this was really unfortunate. Because of this, the store likely won’t be my first choice going forward. It’s disappointing because I had high hopes for this place and truly appreciated it before. The quality of customer service seems to have gone down, and if I wanted to feel ignored, honestly, Super Horak does that better Previously review: I recently had the pleasure of shopping at this Persian supermarket, and I must say that it is hands down the best one I have ever been to! From the moment I stepped into the store, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality, and the staff members were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. One thing that really impressed me was the consistency of the service provided by the staff members. No matter who was at the cash register or how busy the store was, every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that my shopping experience was nothing short of exceptional. This level of customer service is truly rare to find these days, and it makes a huge difference in the overall shopping experience. Aside from the amazing service, the selection of Persian goods at this store is unparalleled. From fresh produce to traditional sweets and snacks, everything is of the highest quality and freshness. It's evident that the owners of this store take great pride in the products they offer, and it definitely shows in the taste and quality of the goods. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for authentic Persian goods, but especially to those who have been disappointed by other Persian supermarkets in the past. The quality of the products and the service provided by the staff members at this store are truly unbeatable, and I will definitely be a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you to all of the staff members for providing such an amazing shopping experience!

It seems there’s been a mix-up. Our store is located in Toronto, not Vancouver, and we are not connected to the store you mentioned.
