Your phone order system seems disorganized, and customer service is lacking. Please improve your order management and timing. I hope this feedback leads to better service.Your freshly baked naan is excellent — always soft and flavorful. However, your customer service needs improvement.
MashaAllah! The Afghani bread is absolutely wonderful — it truly deserves 5 stars! Also, a special mention to the female cashier, Sister Nargis , her customer service is exceptional. She treats everyone with kindness and respect, and her honesty and sweet personality make the experience even better. Thank you for serving with such sincerity and excellence. Nobody is using gloves and the kitchen is very dirty. It’s extremely hot inside, and the staff are sweating while working around the food. Because of this, there is a bad smell and the food does not feel clean or safe to eat. Very unhygienic conditions.
I had a very bad experience with Baharak Market. I placed my order more than an hour before arriving, but when I got there, nothing was ready. On top of that, when I asked the staff about it, they were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The quality of food is changed, i used to buy alots of samosa, today i saw that they changed the meat to onion. They put more onions then meat. Hope the owner will take care of their quality!
Baharak Market bakes bread just like back home—fresh, warm, and full of flavor. The naan is soft inside, crisp outside, and always tastes authentic. The smell alone reminds you of Afghan bakeries. Great people, amazing bread, and a true taste of tradition.
The management of this Afghan market very bad , bad behavior with customers, all the workers are do discrimination behavior with customers,especially when I ordered the bread and visit to take it they say it’s not ready you have to wait few hours just for few bread. I especially never visit again.
