I had a great experience at Caspian Supermarket. The store is well stocked and offers an excellent variety of Persian products, including groceries. I especially want to appreciate Aida at the cash register. She was very polite, professional, and efficient, and her friendly attitude made the checkout process pleasant. Great products and great customer service. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
I bought 4 portions of food from them last week and I got really disappointed and embarrassed in front of my guests.. the koobide test very bad and the rice was very bad and old ( at least 4 days old) ..I don’t recommend it and I’ll never go back again..
They ask to take your purse when you enter the store which is not policy anywhere within this city? Incredibly rude service, the owners are very unprofessional and discriminate against people. DO NOT GO HERE
I don't recommend buying meat from this supermarket. I got lamb shanks and after cooking them the meat was black. I came back to the store and told the owner but he was not responsible at all I would not recommend anyone to buy anything from here
I’ve always been a loyal customer and really liked the bread, but I was disappointed to see the bread price go up by twenty-five percent from $10 to $12.15. I understand prices are rising everywhere, but such a big increase feels unfair.
Ordered food 1.5 hours before, went to pick it up , food wasn’t ready. Waited for another 10mins. Only one plate was made instead of 4. Needs to listen and take orders properly on the phone.
I will be giving this place no stars because of the unprofessionalism and disrespect I received. First an incorrect price which a worker said and then when I wanted to pay she said cash only. Awful treatment to a customer and walked out buying nothing. Learn how to treat people.
