I’m extremely disappointed in the service. The haircut was actually good, but then I discovered my dog was bleeding onto my legs on the car ride home. We called to let them know they had cut her, and instead of just apologizing or offering any kind compensation for the mistake, they denied it happened.
My previous groomer always treated us like we were lucky to be one of their clients. The atmosphere here is a lot friendlier, they care more about the dog than they do about you recognizing how privileged you are to get an appointment. Christine (?) was super sweet and receptive, did not pull the leash when my nervous husky hesitated. The groomer did an incredible job, very happy.
I was a long time customer, but not going there anymore. Because I sent my dog to groom there, He was ok when I sent him in, but when I got him, his eyes are very swollen and can barely open. I sent my dog to emergency and got medicine treatment, they did not say sorry and not covering any medical expense. They don’t care that they lose customers because they are way too busy to care about customers, so find a groomer somewhere else.
I’m very happy with their service. Very detail oriented, clean work and nice staff. After changing my dog groomer for many times I’m glad finally I found the one I love. My dog Dante loves the place too
They do a professional job however were not a match for my dogs specific needs. With this particular salon, my dog showed high anxiety and I was told would bark at the groomers if they came near him. The barking is out of character as he usually loves people and did not mind going to our previous groomers. This could be attributed to the smaller size of the salon, the number of animals being groomed at a time, and the time spent alone (crated). A typical grooming session at C&D takes 3 hours (from drop off to pick up) which is quite a long time and also may have increased his anxiety. This salon offers a professional and affordable service for well behaved dogs that do not have issues with anxiety. But I would recommend that owners of high-anxiety dogs search out groomers who specifically practice gentle grooming methods. I also have some worries as to why my dog developed anxiety when groomed with this particular salon but is now calm and comfortable with his new groomer.
I took my dog for his grooming and was asked what I wanted for him. I specifically said not to do certain things and a bit of others. His hair in long in some spots and I wanted to keep it this way. They literally cut down all his hair. Cut all the parts I said not to cut and aside from that it just looks all uneven. It’s so sad and upsetting to see your dog come out totally different from what you wanted and expected and All they said at the end was “it will grow” And they charged me as if everything had been done correctly with not even the accountability of their mistake. Why would you ask at the begging what I wanted for my dog if you were just going to do what you wanted! Honestly so unhappy!
They are the best. They make coco happy without any worried ! You will know that they taking care of your babies when your not around. I am going to come back in this location!
