I was referred to Grooming Loft by a friend who loved how well she treated the dogs they worked with. I have a Sheepadoodle who can be very excitable and a bit nervous. Ursula's team created such a relaxing environment my dog lay down for his groom. He also came out looking so handsome. I would recommend the Grooming Loft to anyone looking for a place where their pets are treated like family.
I was worried about taking my longhaired fur baby to her first grooming appointment since she's quite anxious and loud when she's away from us. However, I am very happy with my experience with Grooming Loft! Not only were the staff kind and patient to answer all my questions, they were also very loving towards my cat ? I feel at ease leaving her in the very capable hands of every staff members here. I asked for a mini groom and emphasized that she needs a de-shedding due to allergies and her butt shaved to prevent dangling dingleberries. They gave me a recommendation on what cut is better to accommodate for my needs and let me know beforehand that I may be charged extra if the de-shedding takes more than 15min that's included in the mini groom package. I also really appreciate the picture update! I am definitely coming back as a frequent client.
Ursula is a miracle worker! We have had our Maltese for 11 years… For the last 5 or so years his behaviour and fear of groomers was horrible! We’ve had to heavily sedate, muzzle and just hope for the best with other horrible groomers! Ursula took the time and energy to help us RETRAIN our little boy. We went once a week for a matter of months just to get him comfortable! After 6 months of training and at home work we finally went today and he got an amazing cut! Just like how he used to prior to his fear of groomers! The ladies really went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I’m speechless to be honest! If you have a hard time finding a groomer for your pups please go see these ladies!
HORRIBLE costumer service,I called to make an appointment for my cat and the woman at the phone was so rude asking me grooming terms as if it was a exam, I hanged up when she said To find a translator for calling again.
The first time i took my dog for grooming, she did a great job & it was done in an hour with good price , but this time it took her 2 hours for a small 7 pounds dog & i came to see the skin of his balls & top of his eye & his inner tight was cut with the razor & His new haircut looked weird & very short plus the price was increased compare to last time. Not happy.
I am so happy to have found Ursula. She did an excellent job considering that because of Covid Lacey our Bouvier had not been groomed since March. I Can tell by Lacey’s behaviour that she thoroughly enjoyed her visit with Ursula. I would not hesitate recommending Ursula for large dogs as Lacey weighs 40 kg
