Paula’s Grooming is outstanding. Paula and Amanda are not only highly skilled and professional but also incredibly caring. They treat my dog, Bear, as if he were their own, which gives me complete peace of mind every visit. Their knowledge and attention to detail are unmatched, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pet’s grooming needs.
I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful grooming team at Pawla’s! Have been using them for years! They show such intentional care for my elderly dog. They are amazing and do a fabulous job every time!
We’ve been coming to Pawla’s for a few years now and couldn’t be happier with their services. I have a short, haired chihuahua who unfortunately has grown grumpier with her progressing age. Paula is always so patient and understanding with her, we wouldn’t trust many others with our 16 year old baby! Appointments can book up well in advance and I know at some point during the pandemic, they had stopped taking new clients. If you’re willing to schedule in advance, you won’t regret it!
My puppy is really scared and not the best behaved just yet. Paula handled him so well! They also accommodated our last minute request. This place is awesome! Definitely where I'm going for all his grooming needs
I took my miniature schnoodle in for a grooming here. I asked for his body to be taken down to 3/4", and legs to be taken down to 1/2", and for his face to be given a puppy cut, and I even showed them a photo of what I wanted for the face. When I picked him up, he was sitting in a crate, after I had been assured on the phone that he'd be allowed to run around freely when he wasn't being worked on, so I wasn't happy about that. His legs looked far too shaggy, and when I mentioned this, all I got in response was "we'll make them shorter next time". Just great. So I'm just supposed to live with his legs excessively long for the next 3 months, am I? They made no offer to shorten his legs. When I got him home and had a good look at his face, I realized it looked as though they hadn't shortened his beard at all. It was way too long and not in proportion with the rest of the haircut. I spent the better part of an hour fixing his fur myself with a pair of nail scissors, and as I was doing so I kept finding random strands of fur that were longer than the rest. There were several areas on his legs where the fur was well over an inch long. The entire haircut looked sloppy and rushed. We won't be going back.
Today was the first time I want to Pawlas to get my 15 year old (super difficult) Pomeranian/Pekingese groomed! I was super nervous as she’s only been groomed by the same lady the pst 12 years and we’ve been rejected from a couple places because Tia likes to get obnoxious during her cut! Well I couldn’t be happier! Amanda did an AMAZING job!! And best part is that when I picked up Tia she was as happy as could be. Absolutely no shaking which is what usually happens when she’s stressed! For anyone with a senior or a more difficult doggy I would HIGHLY reccomend this place. I’m soooo relieved that we’ve found our new groomers. Thank you Amanda!! Also the place is super clean!!!!!
My Australian Shepherd has been groomed by Paula and Amanda for the past 4 years. They do a spectacular job. Pawla's is affordable and their service is great. They truly love the animals they service and their works shows that.
