Absolutely the best dog grooming clinic! I can’t say enough good things about this place. The team is incredibly kind, gentle, and professional—they treat every dog like their own. My dog usually gets nervous around new people, but not here. In fact, he’s so happy and comfortable that he never wants to leave! It's such a relief knowing he’s in loving hands every time. Highly recommend to any pet parent looking for top-quality grooming and care!
I ‘ve been going to this groomer for the last two years and truly love the owner—she’s kind, caring, and clearly loves animals. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been upsetting. The last time, my dog came home with a scratched nipple. This time, even though I carefully showed the owner all of my dog’s skin tags and asked them to be cautious, the groomer cut one of them badly enough that it was bleeding. I had to take her to the vet, where she was prescribed antibiotics, and her nipple was scratched again. I truly believe the owner means well and she did apologize, but the groomer didn’t seem to pay close enough attention. I’m heartbroken and disappointed, because I’ve trusted them for so long. I hope they take this seriously and ensure greater care in the future.
I have been going here for years with my chihuahua, Roy. The results are incomparable to those of other groomers in Toronto. Roy is very sensitive and unfriendly to strangers, but staff and the owner are always so kind that he trusts them. My other dog, Ellie a border collie, had grooming for the first time today. The results came out amazing, and her fur is so soft. When I picked her up, the owner was playing with Ellie. The owner has always been thoughtful and very kind. Even though it might have been difficult for her first grooming, she is now so relaxed and calm after the grooming. I would highly recommend it. Thank you again!!!
I took my dog there for the first time and the lady at the front desk was so impatient and rude. She asked me how I wanted my dog's haircut and before I could even respond she said "okay we will cut it this much" and took my dog. She didn't even wait 30 seconds for a response. I then got a call an hour later saying my dog is ready to be picked up and then said okay bye and I tried to ask questions like the price, if he behaved, etc. but after each question she kept saying okay bye. My dog also came out of there nervously and wanted to go home immediately. It is also very expensive. I do not recommend this place at all.
We have had a great experience with Puppy Chappy. Our go-to groomer is Chaerin and she had known our dog Mario for years. Owner of Puppy Chappy is Helen and she has been so kind to us and our dog. Lovely local business that shines on great customer service.
I have two yorkies with straight hair and it is always a challenge to find the right grooming shop. I have been taking my two furbabies to Puppy Chappy for years and have been very satisfied with the experience. I showed the pictures of yorkies from famous groomer’s portfolio and Helen took careful notes for each dog and I loved the results. They also have good(well made) selections of clothing too. The Mickey Mouse sweater was soooo cute.
Worse dog grooming place very mess and not hygiene to take small dog which the small dog body is so sensitive is better to be careful my friend dog got eye infection and spot in his skin after grooming The owner is really not friendly with dog I dont know why she has this business,she should be relax and kind fir having grooming place first of all
