The Groom Room is hands down the best dog grooming service in the Toronto area. The staff are truly amazing and genuinely care about the dogs they work with. Lori, the owner, went above and beyond in every possible way. She even took time on a Sunday night to personally call me and book an appointment for my dog, which speaks volumes about her dedication and care. Lori and her staff—especially Michelle, who we worked with—were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They noticed symptoms related to my dog’s bladder stone that could have easily been overlooked, and Lori took the time to discuss dietary changes in detail. She recommended excellent recipe books and supplements and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Lori is extremely professional, passionate, and clearly loves what she does. It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise. I can confidently say she is the best, and I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else. Highly recommend The Groom Room!
We love going to the Groomroom for our dog’s grooming needs. The care and attention to detail is unmatched. The staff are friendly and really take the time to care for my pet and I know that my pup is happy and comfortable during her time there despite her shyness. I had never had the need for grooming services with my late dog. My current puppy is a mix that needs grooming. I found the Groom Room on Google and booked an appointment. The communication and service were exceptional. Lori and her team are an incredible team and they made me so comfortable leaving my pup with them. My puppy was relaxed, calm and happy when I picked him up and he looked amazing. I had follow up conversations with Lori after the appointment about future appointments. The Groom Room wins my Oscar vote for ‘Best in Class’ grooming services. The care and attention to my puppy Jade makes her excited to get to every visit. She loves the staff, the environment and all of the friendly pups to play with. Her hairstyle always brings out her cutest features! Lori keeps me up to date and shares sweet videos and messages, and doesn’t hesitate to offer support to me and my fur baby whenever she can. Jade whimpers with excitement until we get to the entrance and she lights up when Jenny greets her. She doesn’t hesitate to run inside as though it’s her own home, which is how the Groom Room feels to her … with all the safe comforts, love, and cuddles that await:). It’s a wonderful place!
I am a new client to The Groom Room and I am so happy with the results. My dog is usually quite fussy about being brushed and touched and staff there was especially attentive towards that. Jenny was amazing and extremely understanding of how fussy dogs can be. My dog loved being there and had so much fun. Will definitely bring my dog back. Worth every penny! Thank you Jenny for giving my dog the handsomest cut ever!!!! Update Sept 2025: I have been coming here for 8 years with my little Sundae and Jenny has never disappointed. As he got older, he got more spicy but Jenny was always so patient with him. Sundae has since passed but we now bring our new puppy, Stewie, to the Groom Room to see Jenny.
