Was a bit nervous about dropping my very nervous Havanese off for grooming. But the results were worth causing her so much anxiety. I usually groom her myself but she looks so much better after this professional groom. Very nice staff and a great job.
Staff are super kind, and seriously devoted to ensuring all furry friends are taken care of of. Going for regular walks, spending quality time with them. Giving them medicine and their favorite food.
I'm really happy，the last time I went to another grooming shop, they cut my dog bald, but this shop cut it completely to my liking and I will keep coming back.
Absolutely loved my experience with hello pets! This was my first time going to this salon & My Baby looked amazing!! She’s never gotten to many compliments before. They were very kind and helpful with showing me Suggestions on what Would look nice for my dog! I told them what I wanted her to look like and they completely followed what I wanted. I am definitely going to come back. & they even gave her this cute little bow!
It was our first time to put our dogs in daycare. My girlfriend was worried at first as she doesn’t know how our dogs will react. Our dogs are very anxious when they got to daycare but Gunjana and her husband are very patient and gave our dogs time to settle. They give updates. My dogs went home safe and happy. I can't say enough good things about Hello Pets! From the moment I walked in, the staff (Mamta) was welcoming and attentive. The facility was spotless, and the groomers were clearly experienced and passionate about their work. They did an amazing job with my Momo, who looked and smelled fantastic afterward. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. Momo definitely looks forward to going there again!!
