Stacey is calm and her studio is perfect- main floor and spotless! This was my Golden Retriever’s first formal grooming and Stacey was amazing with her! She looks amazing and I’m thrilled that she’s the sole operator so there is no other distractions. Her prices are very reasonable as well. Love being able to book, get a text reminder and pay by cc or debit. Great experience- we’ll be back.
I took my 85 lb bully to North York pooches and at first I was a little hesitant because my dog is very shy with strangers. But Stacey was so professional and so thorough. I highly recommend this to everyone!
Stacey did such a fantastic job with Snowy today Picking Snowy up and seeing that wonderful job she taking her time and caring for Snowy put the biggest smile on my face and I love the bandana so cute! I will definitely be going back.

I have a very skittish, high energy pup who is easily spooked. Somehow Stacy managed to calm her down enough for a seamlessly easy and calm grooming experience - something my dog has never experienced before. In terms of the grooming, I could tell her cut was done with a lot of intention and attention to detail - lots of heart. She gave my girl such a clean and beautiful cut and groom and the fact that my pup was calm throughout the process really made all the difference. I can now breath easy on grooming day. I just had the best experience at North York Pooches! From the moment we arrived at the salon , we knew it was going to be special. NYP is the cutest grooming salon I’ve ever seen and there is no doubt that Stacy loves what she does, her love for animals is evident. My fussy dog was so happy when I came to pick her up , I could see it in her eyes and excitement that she knew she looked beautiful and they showed me that it was a positive experience for both of them.The attention to detail was the highlight of the grooming and I am still admiring them like I just picked them up. They looked and smelled incredible and Rosie didn’t itch after like she usually does, Stacey took into account her skin sensitivity and made sure she used the right products. Never been so happy with a Groomer yet! Highly recommend and can’t wait for the next visit. Thanks Stacey for everything.
