After visiting other groomers our standard poodle became a regular client of Michelle and her team. We are always impressed with their quality of service, our dog always looks great. A very nice lady, who may be the owner. Made it easy to make an appointment for our dog, Mocha. Unfortunately, we could not keep that appointment and had to cancel it.
Not only was this our most expensive groomer , but they also injured my dog and blamed it on my dog .They left my dog with a deep gash on her face and blamed it on her having “sensitive skin “. Never has my dogs skin been an issue for any of her groomers. And the cost was about 20 bucks more then we pay at our regular groomer, but the service was far less, horrible! Unacceptable!! This is the first and last time I will ever send my poor dog to this place. Thank u
Michelle was amazing with our dogs. She groomed them for years. When our little girl had heart disease and the visits to the groomers were too stressful for her, Michelle went above and beyond to meet her needs and keep her safe. She also groomed our blind dog and always ensured he was well taken care of and kept out of harms way. She truly cares about the animals. I would strongly recommend her!
I am a first time user and have to say I was quite pleased with Bentley’s trim. I’ve been using the ‘chain stores’ for a few years but after a costly ear infection under their watch + notable changes in my dogs response to being groomed, I decided being ‘cheap’ was costing me more in the end so tried Fab Fido based on the reviews. As the lady(who I presume is the owner) walked away from me and I walked out the store- I saw the way she was holding my baby and pacifying him, letting him know he was safe?. I also usually have SOME type of nominal (internal) complaint after a groom: the fur is uneven, the groin not done properly, the butt area looks weird, or despite having just being groomed, not feeling ‘clean’ I.e no kisses. Having said all that; I have NO complaints with Fab Fido. Smelled great, looked cute with his little bandana, felt clean and cut well. I would definitely recommend.
