I went there around 11:30am and the lady at the counter ask me my health card and I showed to her and she later asked if I’ve been here before and I told her yes so after that she told me to sit down and they’ll call me soon and they never called me back and when I confronted her, she’s saying something different
The people working for the Doctor the worse the do not answer the phone if they answered they put you on hold and after hang up 3 days I waited for 30 minutes each day and they hanged up the Doctor is excellent
Great staff very kind Dr.Shuldiner easy to talk to , I’ve been coming to this clinic for the last 15 yrs and feel very comfortable and the Pharmacy is beside the office very convenient works great for me
This clinic has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. They never answer their phone, no matter what time you call. I was told I was referred to Dynacare for blood work and that my results would be with the clinic in 3 days. It’s now been almost 10 days — no phone call, no follow-up, nothing. I have tried calling multiple times, but they simply don’t pick up. When I finally went in person to ask about my blood test results, the staff member told me she cannot give them to me — that I would have to see the doctor. I explained it had already been 10 days, and her response was, “We don’t keep track of our patients and their blood test reports.” I mean… seriously? What kind of clinic doesn’t keep track of patient results? The staff are rude, dismissive, and show zero concern for patient well-being. What is a sick person supposed to do in this situation? I paid $105 ( CASH) for a check-up expecting professionalism and care, but I was left completely in the dark about my own test results. Absolutely unacceptable.
I have a family doctor here Dr Shuldiner, but the staff here is again beyond disappointing. I called in to gwt a copy of my results by Emily as I forgot to ask for them on Sunday past when I seen the doctor. The secretary advise she could only fax it when she has indeed sent me other things by email. I advised her I need it for my 5pm physio appt and she hung up the phone. I called back l 4 times and no answer, straight to answering machine. I cannot wait to switch doctor's as this is beyond unacceptable. I stringy recommend everyone to stay away from this clinic. The staff is beyond unprofessional.
Doctor don’t care about your issue just want to get done with you asap so they can go to next patient. They don’t even want to hear about your problem or issues just want to get done with you. Update : my insurance asked them for my medical records and they are still figuring out for last 3 months
The female doctor at this walk in clinic was awful! She treated my child very roughly. She was checking my one year old’s sinus infection in his throat she put some kind of stick to see , she should have known that he is a baby and that action would make him throwup so make sure to have him in a way so he is not theowing up on him self and me. I had my son’s vomit on my hand and all over him and my cloths! I don’t understand, she was a woman too she should have known better. I will NEVER go to this clinic again. The reason i went to her because my family doctor wasnt there. Very disappointed! If you dont want your child to be mistreated or handled roughly please dont go to this walk in clinic.
