I had an excellent experience with both the doctor and the pharmacy. The doctor was incredibly thorough, patient, and caring, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel completely supported throughout my visit. The pharmacy was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They prepared my prescription quickly and made the process smooth and stress-free. I have panic attack disorder I kept thinking my life going to end from heart attack and called 911 to go to emergency only to be given medication to calm down and tell me it’s not a heart attack . I was hopeless until I came to Doctor Biglar. She is hands down 1 of the best doctors in Ontario, Canada All of the other staff here are also amazing They always treat me like family, they neger judge me and always welcome me very kindly! It’s safe to say this place has saved my life

I was recommended by my parents to try this clinic because of the high level of care of Dr. Bigler and Dr. Saber. I have been coming for almost one year now and I have never felt so comfortable with doctors as I am here. They really inquire and study their patients rather than just prescribing or generalizing which was my experience with doctors in the past. They have a digital waitlist which makes coming into the clinic easy and efficient. Sometimes I call ahead to put my name on the waitlist if I know I have to come in. Their receptionist is super helpful, kind and accommodating. I am really happy coming here because I know I am always in the best hands. Thank you!
My current doctor failed to fill a prescription, so I came to this walk-in clinic for help. The secretary and the doctor Dr Steinberg (who thankfully wasn't the one I saw) were very rude. I see from other reviews that this is normal behavior from him. I told Dr Saber that he was extremely rude. She told me not to take it personally. Never again.
