I completely understand why this clinic is rated so low. Im currently sitting in the room waiting to see a doctor after 2 hours of waiting. The wait was supposed to only be an hour - there were 2 people ahead of me. I've watched the receptionist allow 5 people who came after me who dont have OHIP and are paying out of pocket walk right in to be seen while the walk in line is piling up. The receptionist is incredibly rude. I had to ask how much longer after hearing her tell another person who just walked in without ohip that shes next when the 15 of us with ohip continue to wait and wait. She finally called my number and didn't tell me which room. I asked again and she was so Incredibly rude, screaming that she said room 1. The doctor was really nice and efficient but the receptionist is the problem. There was an elder gentleman who came in a walker and told the receptionist that he's hard of hearing. The receptionist talked to him at an normal volume and the gentleman kept telling her that he cant hear her. Then the receptionist snapped and yelled at him, screamed at him to "READ" even though he already read the paperwork and responded to her. She just wasn't payiny attention when he didn't do anything wrong. If I wasn't sick myself and losing my voice, I would have stepped in to defend him. That is no way to treat an elder who clearly has informed her that he's hard of hearing. She has no empathy and respect.
Don’t go there if you’re an international student with claimsecure. The clinic will let u walk in to the lobby where u have to sign in with a kiosk where its dirty and unsanitary. The lady then said they don’t allow claimsecure and I still have to pay. Guess what! The minimum wait time limit is 2 hours! Worst place i ever have went
Caring, Patient, and Skilled — Dr. Diena’s Quick Action Saved My Hearing I went to this walk-in clinic for sudden hearing loss and I am very grateful to have seen Dr. Zeev Diena. He was extremely polite, patient, and caring. He performed the correct hearing tests, carefully explaining each step, and repeated the Weber test until I felt confident in my answers. That careful testing was the key to recognizing the urgency of my condition and ensuring I got the right referral. He prescribed the correct medication immediately, and I have felt improvement every day — even before seeing an ENT or doing any additional tests. He also sent a timely referral to an ENT specialist, which was critical for my recovery. Thanks to his thoroughness, professionalism, and compassion, I now have a real chance to regain my hearing. Dr. Diena is truly one of the best family doctors I have ever met, and I sincerely thank him for his excellent care.
Part of me would like to give a 0 and part of me would like to give a 4. Doctor met expectations except too many drugs were prescribed including an opioide, which may or may not be needed. However, the service was fast and felt like I got the medicine needed, but too many medicines, double check what they give you. Opioid=zero rating.
I booked an appointment on Sat, May 31st around 12 and surprisingly, the registration and wait time was easy and quick. You can actually book an appt online and given an appt # for which you can keep track on their website. So you don't even have to wait in their waiting room. The doctors were kind, patient and very helpful. I'm very grateful for their advice.
Dr Diena is a doctor of the highest quality, whose love of medicine shows in his patient care. Never have I left this clinic without the confidence and satisfaction of having been seen by an excellent doctor.
Dr Woodrow is an excellent physician, he's no longrt taking walk ins. So I ended up with Dr Barsoum who was careles and didn't address my medical concerns.He doesn't care about the patient just the money! Really he's a bad piece of work!
