The staff only speak in their own native language amongst themselves, which creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere in the clinic, especially when they are discussing you or your file/appointment, and you don't know what they are saying. We are not living in Manila, we are in Canada. Please remember English & French are the official languages of Canada, and it's disrespectful towards our country and our society to speak in unrecognizable foreign languages when you are working in a public-facing role. Canadians don't always express how we feel, but we do notice the disrespect.
My Mom is a regular patient of Specialist, Dr. Reynaldo Robes and other Doctors in this clinic, same as My Dad (passed Sept 2022, RIP). If I can give 10/10 to Trusted Medical Clinic, I will. Amazing, kind and helpful staff, especially Beth and Maryann, it is a busy environment but they always do their best to accommodate & provide excellent service to patients like us. Clinic is in Bathurst, and we live near Scarborough Town Centre, it is far, but its worth to travel far and stay.
I found out that everybody is great im happy and the receptionist are very nice very accomodating to everyone like Glendy ,Beth and Mary anne.The doctor’s are great specially my family Doctor , Doctor Abdulla .

Even though they couldn't help me directly at the time of my visit, I was referred to a clinic close by and they called for me and helped to set up everything. Very professional and courteous. Wouldn't have an issue coming back here for anything in the future.
