The front desk will drive you crazy. They’re so sloppy with answering the phone you’d think it’s rocket science for them. But the doctor is a solid 10 out of 10
I was just there, this afternoon, to get some blood work done in the lab. The receptionists are such pleasant ladies and are so welcoming. Always so nice to deal with. Thank you for all your work, I appreciate all that you do?
I called Saturday to ask if they give flu shot to my kids and they said yes and told me to come on Monday between 10am to 2pm and no need to book an appointment .Monday I didn’t go to work and I didn’t take my kids to day care because I went to their clinic for my kids flu shots around 11:50am and they said there’s no Dr. And told me again to come tomorrow Tuesday. :( I’m just a bit frustrated because I wasted my work my income for today because of that! :( Now a days it’s hard to make a living and I hope everyone is sensitive with everybody’s time :(
I visited a clinic near my home to see a doctor. After multiple visits, I finally found one doctor who was willing to see me. They informed me that the other doctors would not treat a refugee (IFHP) patient. The doctor examined me and prescribed blood work. After waiting more than a week for the results, I was given an appointment for Tuesday. When I arrived, I was told that the doctor was unavailable and that I would have to wait another 15 days to receive my results. I want to express that this is not a fair way to treat patients. Because I don’t have a health card, I feel I am not receiving the care I deserve. I should have access to my results as soon as possible to address any health issues before it’s too late. I urge the person in charge to improve the system so that every patient can see a doctor when they need to.
Tried to schedule an appointment online but didnt have an option for this location. Went there at 12:30 for a walk-in just to be sent away cuz their walk in doctor left.
1. Had a family doctor there earlier this year. He just left out of the blue without notifying his patients/clients which left me and my family dumbfounded and without a family doctor or help to find one. 2. You'd have to call multiple times to even attempt to connect with reception. I was none stop trying to call for over an hour in order to reschedule well before my appointment was due for a family emergency. 3. Passive aggressive from my time being there.
Been coming here for years now and have always been treated great, especially from the pharmacy Edit: they never answer the phone, never have a walk in doctor available, and I was registered with a family doctor here and after a couple of visits he left and I wasn't even notified
