I was sick and went to the walk in Clinic. The doctor was great, she checked my lungs if the illness has already affected or reached my lungs, gave me the right prescription as I had sinusitis before.. The walk in clinic is just beside the Bessarion subway station. Shes a great doctor, Dr Youssef
100% would recommend this pharmacy. I have been coming here since I was a child as it’s right beside my family doctor. The staff here are always lovely and respectful!
The clinic was supposed to open at 10 am and by 10:30 it wasn't open and there was no one there at all. I went to the pharmacy next door and they said the clinic wouldn't open at all today because the Doctor is sick. Is it seriously too much to ask for the receptionist or anybody who works nearby to take 30 seconds to put a sign on the door telling the 15 people waiting outside that the clinic won't be opening at all? I guess so.
Only took a few minutes to do the paperwork as a first time patient at this walk in. Got to go into waiting room within 5 minutes after arrival. Dr. came in shortly and was quick to give diagnose and treatment options. Out of the office in 10 minutes with prescription. Only problem was had to drop off swab sample at a lifelab myself and had to run to 2 pharmacy before they would accept the prescription. Secretary was so so but Dr was good. Overall, the clinic was average in friendliness, atmosphere and cleaniness.
Doctors here are great. Quickest in and out! Pharmacy next door is even faster!! From parking to leaving was under 30 minutes. Reviews about the receptionist are real though.
In and out really quickly. Dr. Youssef was very knowledgeable and the service was great. I would definitely recommend and go back again. Receptionist could be more friendly, hence 4 and not 5 stars.
