We had an excellent experience at this medical clinic. The staff are welcoming, professional, and very helpful from start to finish. I would especially like to thank Dr. Shakib, who is truly outstanding. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything clearly, and makes you feel comfortable and respected. His professionalism and compassion really set him apart, and it’s clear that he truly cares about his patients’ health and well-being. I highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Shakib to anyone looking for high-quality medical care and a doctor you can fully trust.
I can't give a 0 star I would. This was my second attempt to visit the clinic. Upon arriving the receptionist rudely said they not accepting walkings on Sunday, their website clearly state otherwise. I asked why they didn't update the site or answer text or have an automatic response advising the clinic is not accepting walking on that day..she said she is not the manager with rude tone. The first time I went there they left me in the room for over 2 hours without seeing a doctor. So if you are black, don't wait your time.
new secretary is incredibly responsible and organized. She manages appointments very effectively and always schedules everything with great care. She is patient, attentive, and communicates clearly, which makes the whole process smooth and pleasant. Overall, she is doing an excellent job and has been a great addition to the team.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr. Hasanzadeh at Willowdale Clinic. She is truly professional in her work, with exceptional knowledge, a warm attitude, and a genuine willingness to do everything she can for her patients. Not only is she highly skilled and accurate in pediatric diagnosis, but she is also extremely knowledgeable and experienced in adult care. Having a doctor who is this dedicated, compassionate, and competent brings great comfort and peace of mind to patients. I am truly grateful for her outstanding care and commitment.
Long waits are paid off by professional treatment of Dr. Shakib. He has always been listening attentively to my concerns and suggests effective procedures and/or solutions. He has excellent MD knowledge, he practises professionally & if needed, refers patients to specialists. I have not seen any such good walk in clinic in the town. Wish you continue this way for many years in Willowdale Medical Clinic

Very slow clinic. Don’t even bothered to book an appointment here very slow they take forever to call you and by the time they call your name you left already. That’s how slow they are.
