I'm a big fan of this brand and I've been shopping from it since my childhood. I've been to so many branches of this brand over the years in different countries and I've never seen such a bad behaviour from sales team in this specific location. You feel like you're in enemy's territory. I walk in and say hi, looks like nobody even cares. There's a tall guy who's looking at me and doing nothinggg, not even asking if i need help with anything. They just make shopping from this prime location the worst experience ever with their attitude. Recently I went there and I saw a curly girl who had a smile on her face and was very helpful. her name is sara, her customer service was exceptional, but everyone else still act like they don't even care about the customer and they definitely didn't learn about building a nice and firm relationship with the client since it's a brand that usually not everyone go to. Once a sales person becomes the one you like. You'll always go to that person. Since a year ago until now there was only one person who actually helped and her name again is sara.
I purchased a ring today from AllSaints at Yorkdale. When I got home, I realized the ring was broken. The price tag had been taped directly over the damaged area, which wasn’t visible until the tag was removed. This feels very dishonest and disappointing—I feel scammed. For a brand like AllSaints, I expected much better quality control and transparency.
My son love Allsaint. He’s been your customer for over 5 years. It’s bit pricey, but he gets a few items whenever they are on sale. I have been shopping at different stores. But Yorkdale one is the best. Store assistants Vivian & Ryan have provided me with a superb service today. Thank you,
Service was terrible. 3 people in there. No one greeted. The 2 guys acted like it was an inconvenience to serve me. Didn’t smile and were snobby. You work in a clothing store for a living. Quit the ego and smile and be nice to your customers
I would not advise anyone to shop with this brand, online or in store. I have been a customer for over 5 years... service has absolutely deteriorated. I went in last week, 3 sales people were standing at the back of the store just staring at me, watching me try things - didn't say hello, didn't offer to help. There were two groups of customers in the store and no one was being helped. And now they changed their online return policy - returns are not accepted in store and they won't refund your taxes and won't provide you with the document to get your taxes back on your own. Terrible changes to the brand.
Extremely aggressive manager. very pushy for sales. disregards clients requests. Comes off rude and arrogant. Doesn’t seem to genuinely care or make any effort to rectify issues. I would hate to work here because of her. Lovely sales associates though, feel sorry they have to deal with that. Anyways if you’re reading this miss manager, thanks a lot- I bought my leather jacket online after I realized my size, hopefully it’s not being sold to me with broken hardware for full price(like the scam you were trying to pull), and hopefully if it doesnt come messed up or severely wrinkled, because we all know that leather sometimes never relaxes completely and can even crack(but I’m sure you know that since you been the leather expert for the last 3 years). And if the one I receive in the mail doesn’t meet normal standards--I’m sure I’ll be able to exchange it for one I like. I’m sure other allsaints reps will really try to make things right, and maybe even call other stores or whatever it takes to find one that is suitable to be sold(not just roll your eyes and walk away because a client had a simple Request). after all- it’s my hard earned money and each leather jacket is hand made. so If I’m walking into an allsaints store, you better believe I expect and deserve the choice, you cockroach.
If London streetwear edginess and urban influence could be packaged in a store inside Canada? it would be AllSaints. Well known for their leather jackets and more fitted skinny wear, it does bring the style over the Atlantic. The store in Yorkdale is quite similar to the ones you find in UK. The one I visited in Leeds had half the space but the darkness and industrial loft vibe is the same. With men's wear on one side and women's wear on the other, you can easily look around to see if any particular cloth interest you. Most of the time, AllSaints colour scheme is dark ... olives, grey, black, or brown. Occasionally you'll get the cream or maybe a navy. This time.. weirdest thing, they had Hawaiian shirts for the men's. Like I said, weird and unexpected. The women's line tend to have a touch more colour. With summer season, they did have a few cute summer dresses. Aside from a darker colour palette, the women's wear has an obvious trend. Nothing form fitting but it can be short! Their mini dresses or skirts can much shorter than you're used to! That being said they do have a bunch of items that are ok to bend over and not feel like you're gonna be the next meme. I do find their clothes to be very different compared to most North American brands. I highly suggest you try them on ... even the ones that look terrible on the rack. I ended up falling in love with one that looks like a potato sack ... turns out it has a gorgeous low cut drape in the front and it's short. Price wise... it's not cheap at all but I do find the materials very soft and the clothes well made. They may not have a lot of tailored edges or special styling, but I find their clothes stand up well to wash and wear. It is a bit trendy so they trend may die before the clothes do. They do sales as well... I think I saw a few nice pieces for 40%. So if you're not looking to spend $100 on a shirt, you could wait for the sale. Service here was pretty good ... they were greeting everyone and letting them know of the store wide sale. They were also proactive to help find a size and also help match up other items to what we tried to find. I maybe biased but I have fond memories shopping in London at AllSaints. I feel the Canadian stores have a very similar experience. Maybe I'm not edgy enough to wear all the street clothes but I'll check out the cute sundress next time I'm in Yorkdale.
