I want to give a big shoutout to Demi (I hope I got her name right). She was the first staff member I met when I walked into the store, and was very welcoming. She was also friendly, approachable, and seemed calm and composed when things got busy in the store. I was really impressed by her superb customer service skills and her ability to work with others. I have no doubt that she's such a very valuable member at the store!
It’s a garage lol. The vibes are as expected - some staff are nice. Only writing this review because Sophia was really helpful with finding me the last size in the pair of pants I wanted! Thanks girl
Such an unprofessional staffs.. the store was abt to close and they were yelling at customers to hurry up and they were literally trying to kick out customers from the store.. Veryyy rude .. No CUSTOMER SERVICE…(one of them was good other all sucks )
I like Garage clothing store. This one is inside Yorkdale Mall. There are variety of trendy and casual clothing items for ladies. Jeans, tops, dresses, and much more. I found lot of sale ongoing. But the way they keep the clothes was mess. Cozy place and not much selection when I visited first week of new year. So many people. The staffs did not ask for anything. Not impressed.
75% of my wardrobe is Garage, I’ve been to numerous locations, and while the brand isn’t known for its exceptional customer service- this location is the worst. I’ve visited 5 different times and not one of those has any representative ever approached, or even said a word to me asides from “how many” when entering the dressing rooms. They’re extremely stand-off ish and have only ever expressed any form of kindness to me when I’m cashing out and/or ordering an item in a different size. Love garage. But this location is NOT IT.
Personally, garage has been my favorite store since I was in 6th grade, but I will never go back to this location again. I’ve had wonderful experiences at every location at the exception of this one. Each time I’ve visited this location, the the staff have been unfriendly, they were bothered by the customers presence, and weren’t willing to make any effort to help the customers. I will continue to purchase from the brand, but my family and I will not return to this location.
Came here today to get a price adjustment on an item I repurchased a couple days ago in store and got denied because they "can't" give me the difference. I felt like I was being judged, i had a couple people smirking and laughing which is totally unacceptable. I work in retail at the same mall & this is not a place that you want to purchase from. Cute clothes but horrible employees. They only greet you if you're Caucasian & dressed "properly". Disgusting behaviour
