The ladies here were super helpful! I came in with a list of items I found on the website that I wanted to try in person; they found them all for me and brought them to a fitting room. They monitored the fitting room and brought me different sizes when requested; I tried on so many pairs of faux leather pants and they were very patient. Also, I noticed that the faux leather blazer I wanted had an odd crease in it so the cashier exchanged it with a proper one from the back. They also added another cashier when the checkout line got longer. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program - you get 10% off just for making an online profile. They Would totally come back.
Fitting room service is ridiculously slow. Waiting for almost 15 mins in line. I purchased a very damaged skirt and asked for discount. Not only did they only give me 10% but they failed to inform me that it is final sale. Now I am stuck with a skirt with multiple holes in it that I won’t even wear.
Im kind of was disappointed in my experience because it felt that I was overlooked a bit. I was in the line and although I didnt have a physical item in hand to purchase (I needed the associate to get the item from the back) .. instead of the cashier to make eye contact with me and call me next to get helped/cashed. The employee called a gentleman behind me who seemed like a big spender to them probably . It wasnt the cashiers fault entirely as the sales Associate who was helping the gentleman put the gentleman's purchases on the counter for her to cash out instead of acknowledging that there was someone in front of him and to help me first as that would be the right thing to do. The cashier did apologize. On the side note I made an actual purchase and I am nor satisfied or dissatisfied with the purchase as it wasnt what I was looking for but makes an okay alternative.
I always shop here and the staff is very helpful! The store manager Katya helped me find an amazing outfit for a bridal shower I was attending. Great experience!!
