Steer clear from Mooseknuckles products honestly….. the quality is so bad it’s not even funny, how can they charge so much for something that didn’t even last a few months….. warranty is very misleading as well. Thanks Emilee-Henricks Director of Operations
Two years ago I received a Moose Knuckles coat as a gift. Where to begin? You know that feeling when you’re so comfy and warm in bed? This is exactly how it feels to wear a Moose Knuckles coat when it’s stupid cold outside. Every single time I wear it I am utterly amazed! It’s sort of surreal to be so totally warm and comfortable… Especially when I see people huddling in their layers and I am suddenly immune to -20! Prior to this coat I would bundle up so much that I felt like the Michelin Man…. Swaddled in thick luxurious down, a generously sized hood that actually provides the most beautiful warmth, the fabric is beautiful, everything about this coat is outstanding. I love the thick fur- which actually has a function- it’s insulating! The down is so thick! But, it isn’t heavy and the zipper is STURDY! So well constructed that this coat will outlive me! This coat makes winter comfortable , so much more than comfortable, it makes the deep chill winter disappear. I wear it and going outside isn’t something to brace for anymore. I can wear a shirt sleeved t-shirt underneath in -20! Truly life changing and a such an incredible coat!
I’m extremely disappointed with Moose Knuckles and their so-called warranty. The logo on my jacket fell off due to a clear manufacturing defect, it wasn’t bonded properly from the start. This was not normal wear and tear, it was a quality failure. Despite this being obviously their responsibility, they refused to repair the jacket in any way. They also failed to provide any proof that the issue was caused by misuse or normal wear and tear. They simply denied the claim without evidence and dismissed the defect altogether. To make matters worse, their customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of taking accountability, they brushed me off and treated the issue like it was my fault. On the other hand, I own multiple jackets from CANADA GOOSE and MONCLER, and the difference is night and day. The quality of those jackets is far superior, and their customer service is friendly, respectful, and actually stands behind their warranty. They take responsibility when there’s a defect, which is exactly what you’d expect from a premium brand. For a company that charges high-end prices, Moose Knuckles delivers neither quality nor support. Their warranty is essentially useless, and I won’t be purchasing from them again. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
This is a great Moose Knuckles location with extensive collection. The staff is friendly. I have purchased from here and also went here recently for an exchange of my online order. Karen was very helpful and patient. Do recommend checking out this store!
Terrible service, if you wanna waste your time come here. Waited 30 mins after being told a couple minutes for the wrong jacket...tons of staff all doing nothing
Called and asked for a specific item to see if it's available in stock. Provided an exact name from the tag. Was told that they have it. Drove 35 minutes for them to tell me that they do not carry it in their store at all and on the phone they probably confused it with a similar one.
I can't say enough great things about dealing with Shannon at Yorkdale. She is a gem and has Customer service down to an art. I had to do an exchange, and she took care of me and my situation. Quite amazing!
