The staff are always friendly and nice, always offering to help and making sure you are able to find whatever you need. If the item isn't in the store, they won't advise you to shop online. Very good customer service
I visited on Tuesday during the day, and this was honestly the filthiest store I’ve ever walked into. There were boxes everywhere. The store is dusty & let me not get started about their fitting rooms. I ended up walking out without buying anything. The employees were dismissive, and when I asked for a size, an Asian associate responded, “Whatever we have, that’s it,” and walked away. Completely mediocre experience. I’ve shopped here around the same time for Xmas and I would find considerable amount of things, unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.
Walked in with the expectation of getting some stocking stuffer since Ardenne normally have so nice items. I walked out empty handed, the huge jewelry section that was my go to was no longer there.
