Love the clothing but DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! They charge you $10 for returns and the worst part is you cannot return online orders at the store. So you have no choice but the lose money by returning it at Canada Post and you are responsible for the shipping fee ($10). Also you have to take a picture to show that the tag is still attached. By the time they get back and forth with emails it will take forever to just return an item and get your refund back. I’ve been waiting over 2 weeks and it will apparently take another 14 days for the refund. This is a horrible policy. The company should change this policy
I genuinely don’t know what’s going on with the management here, but the second I walked in I got attacked by a swarm of employees like I was fresh prey. Fifteen different girls circling me with the same fake smile, the same pushy tone, and the same desperation for commission. I said ‘no thanks’ about 50 times and they STILL kept coming at me. It felt less like shopping and more like trying to escape a pack of hungry wolves. The whole vibe is so forced and disingenuous. They don’t care about customer service they’re chasing sales so aggressively that it’s actually uncomfortable. Then comes the worst part: I tried on a dress that was OBVIOUSLY not my size. Anyone with eyes could see it didn’t fit. But the associate kept insisting I “looked amazing” just so she could squeeze a sale out of me. I’m sorry, but I’m not risking a wardrobe malfunction because someone on minimum wage wants commission that badly. And let’s be honest the quality is awful. Thin fabric, cheap stitching, overhyped pricing. You can find the exact same dress at Urban Planet for $95 less… and at least the employees there don’t chase you around the store like you owe them money. Overall, the experience was so chaotic and uncomfortable I literally wanted to run for the door. I’m shocked this place is still operating. Never again.
The store is spectacular! They have beautiful dresses of excellent quality, and the pieces are so unique and pretty. Every time I go, I always end up buying something. Plus, their prices are super affordable! And let’s not forget about the service — it’s amazing. Especially “Ana,” wow! She’s the sweetest, super kind and friendly. Honestly, she provides such wonderful service. I absolutely love her!

Your clothes are always so unique and beautiful. I buy most of my outfits from you, and I’m always so happy with my choices. What I love the most is how friendly Ana is and how much she cares about her customers. She has learned my style so well that every time I come to shop, she already brings me pieces I would love before I even ask. That makes the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
Every time I walk in this store to buy something I turn around and leave. The staff were too busy talking to each other to actually acknowledge a customer and the cashier just watched me with a blank stare. There are other times staff has just followed me around. I have never been greeted once. I am a woman of colour and sincerely hope that I am not being profiled. What captivated me in the window never once morphed into a sale.because customers should be treated better than as if they were a ghost. Do better.
I cannot say anything negative about the customer service I received at this location. Miranda was friendly and exceptionally helpful in assisting me on finding a dress for a bridal shower! Although I did not find a dress suitable for the event, we were able to settle on another article of clothing. I did not leave disappointed!
