I received outstanding service at the Yorkdale Toronto location. Jillian the Assistant Manager went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase. From ordering my shoes from New York to providing step-by-step updates on my order, her dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable. Jillian is an incredible employee, showcasing knowledge of the brand and delivering actions that reflect a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. She has made my experience seamless and enjoyable, setting a high standard that I hope others on your team aspire to. Because I have never received that kind of service from anyone at your store. Thanks to Jillian, I am now a loyal customer and look forward to future visits to the store instead of buying your brand from another retailer. Jonathan Pagotto
Raj, the worst manager I ever came across. He’s so bad at customer service. There’s a lot of ways to talk with customers but you chose to be rude. Also, do some research on Farfetch, Cettire, Ssense and other online retails. It’s ok if you don’t price match with X, but there’s a way to talk with customers. Specially, when you’re representing a luxury brand, all that matters to the customer is the EXPERIENCE. I hope Thom Browne management will look into this matter.
Great and attentive saff when working directly with one, friendly service, and a nice if slightly small footprint and selection. Other staff literally just sat on a sofa playing on their phones the whole time. I can understand being bored with low foot traffic, but maybe not so openly.
American designer opening up a flagship store in Yorkdale Mall. The store has a grey theme and it may change colour once another season hits. With suits and other clothing for both men and women, this store offers an alternative to the classic office staple. Aesthetically, the store mimics an office.
So disappointed with Thom Browne. I bought a shirt for someone for Christmas, they didn’t like it and ultimately didn’t like anything else in the store. You can only get store credit, no returns. We ended up finding something online that we loved, and we can’t use our store credit towards it! So ridiculous and we will never shop here again.
Recently had my wedding suit in classic navy measured and altered in this flagship store and had amazing experiences with staffs. Zaid was my specialist. He had great product knowledges and suggestions that met expectations while being very attentive to details of my wedding. Communications between status updates to my suit was timely and fit was amazing in the end. If you ever worried or doubted about getting Thom Browne suits fitted properly, I would definitely recommend coming by and at least initiate a conversation with any of the staffs. They will give you the information that cannot be found on the internet and able to give you recommendations after assessing your fit. It was a great experience and relaxed time talking with staffs about menswear in general also.
Horrible service. I recieved a shirt from this store as a gift last month, due to lock down I think it is better to stay home and avoid non essential travel. After the lockdown order was over I visited the store today and they refused for any exchange or return because they claimed that store policy is a 10 day exchange no matter what the condition is. What a dispointment.
