We went there to buy our diamond and honestly Bella was amazing from start to finish. She was super polite, patient, and really took her time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed at all. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping customers find the right piece. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable because of her. Sarah was an amazing help! I knew which ring I wanted and called Sarah two weeks prior to coming to the store. She had my diamond ring delivered to the store 2 days after. When I called other birks location they said it would take 6-12 weeks to get it shipped to the store. Sarah was also very professional, gave her full opinion on the ring and was very sweet. She is very patient, and kind. Next time I’m planning on buying a diamond bracelet and it will only be from Sarah at this location.
