I placed order in store with home delivery, the order hasn’t shipped for more than 10 days!! Nobody ever contacted me or updated me, I was trying to reach them and get some information! I’m still trying to get the item and thinking to cancel it!!! Poor service!
Visited the Yorkdale location today to pickup an order I placed online. After speaking to an associate and showing her my order information and ID, I was told to wait while they prepare it for me. I patiently waited for about 10-15 minutes and saw several customers come and go until I was the only remaining customer left in the store amongst the sea of employees (6-8 of them, chatting with each other). I finally asked the lady who was assisting me how much longer it would take? Her response...'for what?' Unbelievable. She totally forgot about my order and WHO I WAS TO BEGIN WITH. Didn't we just speak and didn't you just look at my ID? Anyway, she apologized and went to go look for it. There was some confusion regarding the order due to my maiden name being used in my Mejuri profile VS my married name on my ID. I didn't think it was a big deal considering I had an email with the order number and proof of the item purchased. Regardless, mystery solved and she insisted she would 'let it slide' this time (gee, thanks). This however was not the reason for the unpleasant experience. It was the fact that I was made to feel completely invisible...even though I was standing BY THE DESK IN FRONT OF HER and I wasn't even browsing the store! Did she not find it odd that a customer was just standing there? If she did in fact forget me, why not acknowledge this 'new face' who she clearly didn't remember? And the other staff...there was so many of them, yet not one of them bothered to ask if I needed help. Literally looked passed me. No eye contact. Why are you on the floor? Unfortunately, this will be my last purchase at your store. Your pieces are not cheap - please improve your service to reflect the value of your products.
Came in looking for a silver men’s bracelet. In the tiny corner of the store where there were 5 men’s items, I managed to find one I wanted but it wasn’t in stock in my size. The store associate confirmed it would available to ship within 10 days. 6+ weeks later and still no updates, I just cancelled my order. What a waste of time and effort.
Try and avoid this store. Ossignton might be better. Kanika was great. There was another lady who completely ruined our mood with her attitude. She was absolutely rude and didnt care at all about customer experience.
Never again. I’ve ordered from the a couple of times over the years and it has been 50/50 for the quality. One necklace tarnished and I got a replacement but unfortunately the chain broke after a few uses, the pendant also tarnished a few months later… I ordered again recently, a week before my birthday. I got a confirmation that it will ship on the 14th which I was hoping will make it on time for the 18th but it never did. I emailed yesterday to follow up and alas, they don’t have enough stock “inventory discrepancy”… I could have ordered elseswhere if I was notified in advance. I think that’s it for me with Mejuri.?
I give the jewellery 5 stars, unfortunately the rest of my experience was not good enough to give anymore stars than 1. My beautiful cousin went into your Yorkdale branch searching for a gift for me and my sister who leave the country tomorrow. She was treated extremely poorly by the current manager whose behaviour and attitude is just unacceptable. We will not be referring this store to anyone in future and hope that no one ever has to endure the same mistreatment.
