My new favorite store! My friend recommended the store and WOW was I impressed. Super attentive staff, amazing product knowledge and honestly best prices. Purchased the most beautiful gold pendant set and the ladies worked with my budget and were so patient. They speak Spanish too so my mom was so happy!!! Highly recommend !

I would rate this jewelry store lower than a one star.. I went into Caprice Jewellers on Dec 17, 2019 to buy my grand-daughter a pair of baby earrings. I was looking for a specific kind of earring. I found them at Caprice. They were similar to "Shamballa" earrings. My daughter was looking everywhere for these kind of earrings for her daughter. When I saw them at Caprice I thought I would buy them for my grand-daughter since my daughter had been looking for them. So I bought them, as part of my grand-daughter's First Christmas gift. This was her first Christmas and I wanted to make it special by buying her, her very first set of earrings. My grand-daughter rarely wears the earrings as she has other baby earrings that were given to her and my daughter changes her earrings from time to time. A couple of weeks after giving them to her, she wore them and they kept falling off. There were a numerous of times where she nearly lost the entire earring as the backing of the stud would fall off. I went to the store with my grand-daughter and my daughter and the sales representative (an older woman), was so rude and said "it needed to be twisted". My daughter tried that and it still fell off many times. My daughter had to use the backing to another set of studs (the studs she got when her ears were pierced) on these earrings that were bought at Caprice in order for my grand-daughter to wear the earrings and to prevent them from falling out. My daughter has also noticed that the diamonds (or the cubic zirconia) in the earrings are missing. Many of the cubic zirconia stones are missing. My grand-daughter barely wears these earrings. Then today (Feb 26th, 2020) my daughter noticed that the actual pink round ball of the earring was gone. All that was left on the earring was the gold piece that goes into the ear. This is ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING THINGS FROM CAPRICE. On the weekend I called to complain that the stones were missing on the earring and the sales person I was speaking to over the phone said that "there was no guarantee that the cubic zirconia would stay in place". She was VERY RUDE and wouldn't offer an exchange or did not even offer to come into the store to at least have a look at the earrings. I told her I wouldn't ever come back to the store and she said "ok no problem" and hung up the phone. How rude of her. I honestly do not know how this store is still in business due to the horrible quality of a baby earring. Babies are so little, the part that fell off my grand- daughter's earring could have easily been swallowed. My daughter had to glue the pink stud part back on. How ridiculous is that. This should not happen. This is a warning to everyone out there please don't buy anything from them. They take your money and then don't help you or allow you to exchange. I consulted with another Jewelry store and they told me that this should't happen. Regardless if it's cubic zirconia stones. I'm writing this review as I am very upset. Poor quality, poor customer service. Horrible store. I would like to speak to a manger and have this resolved.
I bought a beautiful gold chain and had the best service & price! also I had a lot of broken jewellery that needed to be fixed and they were very accommodating and the price was excellent I will be back to shop there.
Had the most amazing experience at Caprice! I bought a beautiful ring that was not in my budget at first, but the lovely ladies gave me a great deal and I could not be happier with my purchase! Service was fantastic, employees are so kind and friendly. I am so happy I came here and was able to buy my gorgeous ring for a great price!
Had the best customer experience here tonight! Came in for a Mother's Day gift and the sales associates were so attentive and friendly. Felt no pressure to buy and they managed to find me something within my budget. They were flexible with the pricing and even gift wrapped it. Thank you Caprice - you saved me tonight. Looking forward to buying her a birthday gift with you in a couple of months.
Please do NOT Waste your money buying "gold " here look at the photos. I bouth a 14k pendant and a few day later i noticed brown spots on it. I went back to ask for an explanation the "owner" acted like she didnt see the brown spots. Just cleaned it for me and still didnt go away. Then i went back another 10 days later ask for an exchange atleast. And the owner did not want to. She would only exchange if for the 18k which i woulve had to pay 100$ more. porfavor NO COMPREN "oro" en este lugar. La dueña es una estafadora. Me vendio" oro" que estaba manchado.
