Very disappointed! I visit this store hoping to get extensions for my Swarovski necklaces that I have bought before. And I got a few excuses from the manager letting me know that they were not allowed to do that. I will never buy anything at this Fairview mall Swarovski store.

I would like to leave a special thank you to Cynthia, who helped me today. She was incredibly patient, kind, and polite throughout the entire experience. She also wrapped my gift so beautifully — it made the moment even more special. Her professionalism and warm attitude made my visit truly enjoyable. Wonderful service — thank you, Cynthia!

Asked when discount expiring. They are asking back when it’s expiring. Maybe stop sending emails with 20% off and educate the staff of the offers sent out. if I knew that I would not have asked for it. Better service at eaton centre. Had passed from person to person was watching me like a hawk. I guess they treat customers like we are coming to steal from the store. I have purchased Disney collectors figurines moving forward will check other collector items and avoid swarovski.

I’ve shopped at Swarovski for 20+ years. Today I went to this location with the intention of purchasing something for my friend’s 40th as a remembrance of a time when I got her a Swarovski bracelet she loved when we were teens. When my husband and I entered the store we couldn’t see anyone so I immediately said “hello” as a sign of respect, and to notify them of our entry. A couple of young people were working there and whilst one of them attempted to engage me in light conversation at first, they soon walked away only to return and persistently make it obvious that they were watching our every move. I understand that retailers need to protect their items from potential theft, but as someone who has never stolen anything, and is always cordial and polite, I was made to feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable. If these silly, and dare I say poorly made, little items are so valuable that Swarovski thinks everyone should be watched like a potential criminal then perhaps it’d be more elegant of the brand to simply lock every item up. How very distasteful and unrefined customer service. After decades of shopping here, I am done.

I had the worst repair and warranty experience at this branch. I took my watch there for repair, I should have received it after 4 to 6 weeks, but now more than 3 months have passed, but I could not receive my watch, and every time I visited, they said it would be ready next week. I went there four times, but the result I have no hope that I can get my watch back from them, which I bought for more than 400 dollars.

I purchased a necklace from the Swarovski store at Fairview Mall at the end of December 2022. When I opened it to use a week ago, I noticed that the small swan chain at the end of the necklace was broken. I went to the store to explain the situation, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. Before I could even request an exchange, the clerk, Gnazal, rudely said, “We can’t do anything for you, and it’s not a big issue. You don’t need that part to use it.” Her tone was unprofessional and dismissive. I asked her, “Then why does Swarovski include this part if it’s not necessary?” She ignored my question and handed me off to another clerk. The second clerk, who introduced herself as the assistant manager, told me to “go to a random jewelry store to fix it for $20.” I was shocked by such poor customer service. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, I felt dismissed and unsupported. After all this back-and-forth, the assistant manager finally agreed to exchange the necklace. However, the process was unnecessarily stressful, and the service from both clerks—especially Gnazal—was unacceptable. I expected better from Swarovski, but this experience at the Fairview Mall location was the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.
