I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Elpahoi and their staff, truly deserve it. I recently purchased an anniversary gift for my wife. Keiko helped me pick something out. There was zero pressure and I really appreciate that. Keiko assured me that they would be there if I had any issues. Turns out the necklace I bought was a little short. I let them know and they had a solution. We tried an extension and that didn’t work. So they had my wife come in for a fitting and they ordered a necklace that would be perfect for her and would work with the diamond charm. While she was there, they cleaned her other jewelry for free and really made her feel important. The staff is incredible! They even took the time to talk to my kids and remembered them and asked about them on other visits to the store. This will be my go to place from now on. Especially knowing they can do any custom work. Thank you Fiona and Keiko!

Since I already had something specific in mind, she mentioned that they also offer custom designs. You can choose the band style, diamond (including color, size, clarity, and origin), and even add engraving! It was a lot of information to take in, so I took a few days to decide — and during that time, Fiona was incredibly patient and answered every question I had. I truly appreciate how she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect band for my wife. Each interaction reflected genuine passion and enthusiasm, which gave me complete confidence in my purchase. This experience was nothing short of amazing. I absolutely recommend everyone stop by and experience it for themselves. My wife loved her new band, and we already plan to return to get our daughter her first pair of earrings.
