Horrible customer service, bad return policy too. Bought earrings as a gift for my mother in law, went to return 2 weeks after Mother’s Day, because we were 1 day past the return date they almost wouldn’t even let us exchange! Acted like they are doing us a favour to do that. Surely could have some grace period, especially with gifts…
Terrible customer service, wouldn’t contact another store for me to check on availability for me while in person. Take your business to another location. Yonge and Eglinton was 100% better service.
Terrible customer service, I am looking for the moon style jewelries, ask one of the employees for help. He is so impatient, never letting me finish my words which made him misjudge my request. So he showed me a very exaggerated necklace which made me laugh cuz I didn’t expect a fist size moon pendant. But he looks offended by my laugh , staring at and questioning me with a cold face “ what’s so funny, do you think this is funny?” Let me tell you, yes! The necklace he recommended to me looks funny , his unprofessional and bad taste r funny, his awful customer service is funny and his rudeness is funny.
Bad experience! I came in to see some bracelets, there was a old lady with boy haircut she did not showed me any product. Came in again to the store, 2 people were standing at the counter, free, did not greet or ask what I am there for.
Awful customer service experience. We walked into the store. No one greeted us. There were 2 people working in the store at the time, and one person looked at us but said nothing. In addition, there was no one else in the store. I love Swarovski and own a few items from them, but it seems like the staff doesn't care about their customers (they staff seem superior over the customer) or image of the company. This is unfortunate as I expected more.
