I absolutely love this location! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt so warm and welcoming. The team here is always friendly, and Mandy in particular always goes above and beyond to help me out. It honestly makes such a difference in my experience. I always feel valued and taken care of, which is why I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. It’s not just great service. It’s great people. Visited the store for the first time today and had a great experience. The worker (Olivia) who assisted me was very kind, helpful and patient. I came in looking for a specific necklace and left very happy with my purchase and the service received. Will definitely be back to buy a few more pieces I came across while browsing.
Found a pair of earrings that I was hunting and they got a sale of 50% off if you buy a second pair. The service that I got from Emma is good and her coworker Olivia is a sweetheart. Althought they’re about to close, those two ladies didn’t rush my friend to pick a jewelry. Just politely reminding us that they’d be be closing soon but still accomdated us. Also such a sweet gesture to give us a multitasking pen. ❤️
I had the worst shopping experience of my life at this store yesterday. I came in hoping to purchase multiple gifts, with a clear budget in mind. There were no other customers in the store, and when I entered and greeted the staff, I was met with indifference—no welcome, no acknowledgment. When I asked for recommendations for earrings or necklaces under $50 (which is a reasonable and respectable budget), one of the store associates—a young Asian female staff —looked at me with visible annoyance and said there was basically nothing in that price range. I asked if she might have any smaller items that could work. Her response? “Do you want me to show you the whole store?” I had only been inside for less than a minute. I calmly reminded her of my budget and asked for help. She dismissively pointed to a counter of items with no visible prices and security tags, making it impossible to browse without assistance. She reluctantly showed me two pendants that were well over budget and then returned to a personal conversation with her colleague. A few minutes later, I found a pair of earrings I liked and asked if there was anything else similar. She replied, “I don’t know off the top of my head,” with clear irritation. When I asked if she could take a look, she again expressed frustration, saying there was “too much” and she needed something more specific—before turning her back and rejoining her non-work conversation. At that point, I said thank you and left—feeling hurt, humiliated, and judged. Instead of receiving the support and courtesy that any customer deserves, I felt dismissed and profiled—whether based on my appearance, my race, or an assumption about what I could afford, I don’t know. But I do know that I left that store feeling incredibly low. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. No one should feel this way simply for walking into a store and asking for help.
I had come in shopping for my sister for her birthday and the employees went above and beyond! They kept showing me pieces that could make a set. They were so patient, listened to my likes and dislikes and even went on to ask more questions to get curious. I think this location is the best one so far.
Mandy was so incredibly helpful even for such a small purchase, and took the time to provide education about so many things related to jewelry. Would definitely come back for future purchases!
