They understood my situation and repaired it within a few minutes for a minimal charge. It’s rare to walk into a place and receive such immediate, expert help. I’m truly happy to have found them!
I’ve been coming to Taitook Jewelry for years, and they never disappoint. The staff are always so welcoming and kind, and their service is truly exceptional. They recently fixed my broken necklaces in just 30 minutes, and the quality of their work was perfect. It’s rare to find a place that’s both reliable and warm, but Taitook Jewelry has always been that for me. Highly recommend!
Avoid this people they are rip you off.I bought a gold from here more than 5 time for my wife including ring,necklace,bracelet and more.after all we returned some of the golds back to get something else.they counted the money 30% of the amount that we paid.are you kidding me!!!!they sale all this and they said any time you want to replace or exchange we will go with weight and how old and clean is the gold and we cut 20 yo 30% of the total price.but it turns to 70%. Basically this people are rub your pockets.do not trust them at all.plz avoid avoid avoid!!!!here is my wedding ring and info where is com from to proof who is the liar and cheater. براتون اين اكسو گذاشتم كه بگم شما يك كاسب كلاش و دروغگو هستين و عوض معذرت خواهى به من جواب دادين كه من مشترى شما نيستم.متاسفانه من بالاى ١٥٠٠٠ دلار از شما خريد كردم در چند سال گذشته و فهميدم كه شما كاسب درستكارى نيستيد و با كلاشى تو بيزنس هستيد.

And it's not your business to tell the customer to what buy for their mother cause their mother worths more and don't make it even worse by lying , thank you ! I've been a loyal customer here for years , but the last time we came by to buy a small piece of jewelry, the owner mentioned us that nobody buys something cheap for her mom ! Rude and unprofessional , I told him that it is not your job to tell your customers about the price that they want to spend !! Obviously we'll never come back here
