Found a particular high-end watch I was looking for at Berani, who was willing to work with me on the price (unlike another shop), ensuring I was happy and content with the purchase. They really went above and beyond for me. Fantastic warm and attentive service, will most definitely be going to them from now on for certain watches and jewellery, and will happily recommend them to any friends and family.

Love to be in this place again. Lovely customer service with a smile always on their face. I wanted to resize the strap/bracelet of my Omega watch. I first went to Omega Showroom at Yorkdale Mall. The lady there was so rude and didn’t want to help me at all. I wanted to talk to the showroom Manager but he was missing. I even had decided not to buy any Omega products after the very bad experience at Omega showroom at Yorkdale Mall. But, luckily I found Berani Jewellery on google and contacted them to see if they could help me. They were so happy to have me at their store and didn’t even take ten minutes to solve my issues. Thanks a lot team Berani. Much appreciated. Happy Customer. ?

I had a wonderful sales experience here. The staff is great and knowledgeable and very patient. I also dealt with the owner who was also wonderful in dealing with me, I highly recommend this store. The attitude towards customers from top to bottom is first class, and the store is beautiful as well.
