I had an ultrasound appointment today and it was by far the best experience I’ve had! Minoo, the technician, was incredibly sweet, gentle, and professional. She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated being able to see everything clearly during the scan it made the experience so special. The receptionist was also very welcoming and kind, and there was a student shadowing who was just as sweet and respectful. The whole team made me feel so at ease and cared for. Compared to past experiences where I felt rushed and overlooked, this visit was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to the amazing staff — you truly made a difference in my day!
The reception is fine but I am just frustrated with the technician everything seemed rushed when I had the genetic testing, they didn’t even let me see my baby. Just announced the gender without even letting me hear heartbeat. My husband was there but they didn’t let him hear the heartbeat either. This time my 3rd ultrasound I had no good baby picture, they told me it was too late. I was printed unclear picture of a baby face. It seems like she was just rushing as the second person has been waiting. I am very disappointed in this atmosphere and how pregnant women are treated. Very unsatisfied and sad about it, I wish I would’ve booked elsewhere. If i’m given another request for ultrasound, I will pick a different location.
Went here twice for my pregnancy ultrasounds. Amazing receptionist and ultra - technicians. Will be coming here for my ultrasounds/ x- rays from now on
Unfortunately I cant give this zero stars, as I would have liked. I was referred by my family doctor who is in the building and it was the absolute worst experience I've had in my 13 years getting ultrasounds. The receptionist seems friendly enough but the technician was unprofessional. I was told to wait un the waiting area but was not able/told to change or provided a changing gown so I had to change in front of the technician , who rushed me the entire time. She talked through the entire exam. Going to the washroom after was uncomfortable and I was given a used gown with an arm torn off to cover myself which didn't wrap all the way around. There's a windows with about a foot and a half opening between the receptionist and exam room area so if anyone was in the reception area, I would have mooned them. The tech kept saying it wasn't her usual location but my appointment was in the afternoon, plenty enough time to figure out where covers, gowns and lube were stored. This is just a few examples of how bad the visit was, the rest is too person to share but I will be filing a formal complaint. The technician also seem to take 1/3 of the images compared to other diagnostic places I've been to so I question the thoroughness of it all. I will not be returning there if I'm ever referred there again.
One of the best imaging places i've ever been to in Toronto. They are extremely clean and professional. The ultrasound technician was very calm and nice. I was very anxious for my exam but the technician was very empathetic and knowledgeable, which made me feel quite safe. I would highly recommend!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Having a baby and need to book an ultrasound? STEER CLEAR from this location. I had a horrible experience during my anatomy exam. The lady was not nice, rushed through the rest of the appointment when she was done taking her images and showing my husband and I the baby. I specifically told her we did not want to know the gender but did not tell my husband to look away when she was able to see it and take an image for the doctor! I asked him if he saw and she answered for him saying no and he wouldn't understand anyways, BUT HE DID! We know the chromosome letters. She didn't let us listen to the heartbeat for more than 3 beats and sent us on our way with the worst photo of baby. I did not want to come here again but out of convenience for my husband and I working from home and this location being less than 10 minutes away, I thought I'd talk to the receptionist and make sure I got a different tech this time. I told her how I felt and she seemed empathetic and assured me this time will be different. Today's lady was better than the last but refused to give us a photo. She said baby is too big and images are during anatomy and I told her I didn't really get one then and am hoping to get something today. She couldn't get a good image of the face. No problem, I know it's not her fault with baby's positioning but I asked for anything to sort of make up for last time. I did not want to leave without a photo of something. She spent some time trying to get a better image of the face and couldn't. She got an image of baby's hands so I said that's cute I'll take it. In the end, she refuses to print it and give it to us. I asked her several times and assured her that this photo was okay just please print it. But she refused and kept telling me it was no good. This is my first baby and both experiences were disappointing. I recommend going anywhere else. I will not step foot in that place ever again.
A nice place with a excellent receptionist but with a rude technician. I’m sorry but i do not recommend this place. Hope no one get treated the way we were. Definitely not coming back here.
