Always thought I was above writing one of these negative reviews, but here we are. Doctor sent me a requisition for work at this clinic to treat a small condition I have; I required an injection in order to treat the problem. I called the clinic ahead of time and asked them for an appointment and the person on the phone told me they were fine with seeing me today. I explained that I needed this injection, and she asked for my requisition, so I emailed the form to their office, and then scheduled an appointment. I made sure that she understood I needed this injection during the phone call. The requisition also says I need the injection, so that's two different ways of telling them that I had to have it. I got a taxi and went to the office. It cost me $40 in cab fair to get there, and when I got there, the person at the front desk told me that the doctor wasn't there and wouldn't be there until January, so they couldn't help me today. There was literally no reason for me to come in, but they never told me either on the initial phone call or called me back to let me know that they couldn't see me. I try not to write bad reviews but I can't justify the cab fair and two hours of my life in traffic to be told I couldn't be seen. If you're going to be seen by this clinic, make absolutely sure that they understand what procedures you need, because clearly the person on the phone either wasn't listening or didn't care.
I had my ultrasound done here and had a really good experience. The ultrasound tech Navdeep was very professional, gentle and explained everything clearly.Highly recommended this place for any ultrasound services.
Pretty disappointed with my experience. I had my dating ultrasound at this location. This is my first pregnancy and first ever ultrasound. Not sure if it was policy, but my husband wasn’t allowed in until after I already saw the baby for the first time. This completely took away from a shared experience we were expecting to have. The tech was very silent during the whole thing, and when I asked to hear the heart beat she stated “hearing the heart beat this early could harm the baby” I was dumbfounded and did some research after my appointment and no such thing is true any couldn’t find evidence of this anywhere. She wasn’t rude, and overall I think she’s probably good at her job on the backend of things, but these two things that happened really left a bad taste in my mouth. This is also a first experience I can never get back. Bottom line I will be going somewhere else for my ultrasounds.
AFTER BEEN A CLIENT FOR MANY YEARS TO THIS LOCATION AND AFTER HAVING ALL GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH ALL THE STUFF , TODAY MY SISTER WHO'S A PERSON WITH DISABILITIES HAD AN X-RAY ,AFTER ARRIVING AND DOING ALL CHECK IN PROCEDURE WE MEET THE X RAY TECH GUY , WHO WAS A VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE PERSON, NOT ONLY THAT HE WAS AGRESSIVE AND RACIST . SINCE THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED WE SAW HIM ASKING THE RECEPTION LADIES WHAT THEY WANTED FROM TIM HORTONS , THEY POLITELY SAID NOTHING TO HIM AND HE KEPT INSISTING THEM AND FORCING THEM TO PICK SOMETHING , WHICH WAS VERY UNETHIC, WHEN MY SISTER TURN CAME WE FOLLOW TO THE ROOM WHERE HE DIRECTED ME TO PUT A EXTRA ROBE THEY HAD AT THE CHANGING ROOM SOMEWHERE, FOLLOWING TO CLOSE THE DOOR IN MY FACE, SO I OPENED IT AND WENT IN TO THE ROOM AS MY SISTER HAD ASKED ME , THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON TOLD ME I COULDN'T STAY THERE IN A VERY AGRESSIVE WAY AND I FOLLOW TO LET HIM KNOW MY SISTER DIDN'T FEEL CONFIDENT OR WISHED TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THERE , HE PROCCED TO LAUGH AND MAKE FUN OF HER SAYING "HOW OLD IS SHE THAT SHE CANT BE LEFT ALONE" NOT TO MAKE MY SISTER FEEL BAD I TRIED VERY KINDLY EXPLAINING HIM THAT SHE NEEDED ME THERE BUT I NOTICE SHE ALREADY HAD STARTED TO FEEL AFRAID. HE PROOCED TO MAKE US FEEL LIKE NEWCOMERS AND INTIMIDATE US , HE ALSO CURSE IN FRONT OF BOTH OF US AND I HAD TO JUST RUSH HIM TO DO THE PROCEDING AND STOP TALKING , WHICH HE SAID THAT IS WAS IN HIS HANDS TO DECIDE IF HE WOULD DO THE PROCEEDINGS OR NOT AND NEXT TIME HE SEES US HE WONT EVEN TAKE US. IM REALLY SAD BECAUSE HE HAVE AFFECTED MY SISTER MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY , SHE HAD SUFFER ABUSE IN THE PAST IN THE HANDS OF "PROFESSIONALS" WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF DISABLED PEOPLE AND HE NOW HAVE DRAG SOME FEARS BACK , I WILL DEFINITELY BE REPORTING HIM TO MANAGEMENT SINCE , I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED RACISM THIS WAY FROM ANY OF THE EMPLOYES , RIGHT AFTER US, THERE WAS A WHOLE FAMILY AND HE TOLD THEM TO COME ALL TOGETHER AND HE WAS VERY POLITE AND NICE TO THEM. SO DEFINITELY WE ENCOUNTER A PERSON WHO HAVE RACE PREFERENCES, BUT HE FORGOT IN CANADA THIS I'SNT TOLERATED IT IN NO WAY, HIS NAME IS NICK SO FOR ANYONE ATTENDING THIS LOCATION, BE AWARE , DONT LET YOUR SENSITIVE FAMILY MEMBERS ALONE OR YOUR KIDS/TEENS IN HIS HANDS,WE DEFINITELY SAW SO MANY RED FLAGS FROM THIS PERSON. WILL NEVER ACCEPT ANY MEDICAL PROCEDING IF HE WOULD BE THE ONE PERFORMING THEM.
Ultrasound teck has a bed side manor of a rock, no personality . Counter staff were nice I was rushed with information on what they were doing. I will not return under any circumstances Worst medical experience. STAY AWAY.
Had a not great experience at another clinic for pregnancy ultrasound. Switched to this clinic for my second ultrasound and had a wonderful experience! Technician was lovely & professional. Highly recommend.
