Great place. Unfortunately, they posters for PocketHealth everywhere saying you can access your records for free. That is complete bullshit. Try signing up and you will see for yourself. Basic, which is unavailable to the patient, only a physician. What the hell is the point? This is 150% false advertising and a poor reflection on this clinic as they promote it.
This place is clean as it is fairly new. My recent ultrasound seemed rushed and didn't take more than 15 min. I am concerned for the accuracy of this report. The technician did not knock on the door upon reentering the room where patients are getting ready to leave. Reception is pleasant.
There’s a receptionist that is pretty rude. She was on a serious rush to leave at 6pm and pointed it out 3 times. The radiologist was nice though. The next day I came back for a different ultrasound and there was a different receptionist. She was nice
I recently had an ultrasound appointment with Dr. Maryam, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, Dr. Maryam made me feel at ease. She is very on time! She was not only professional but also incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process in detail. Her patience and clear communication made the entire experience much less intimidating. It’s rare to find a healthcare provider who combines expertise with such a genuine, caring attitude. I highly recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Maryam!
I really appreciated the fast, friendly and thorough service here and also accommodating a schedule change with my busy schedule and given the work I do, I like how quick the results were so my doctor could see within 24hrs to discuss results. Thank you.
Although the staff were kind and supportive, the result of ultrasound was not clearly written and explained and had to repeat it. The result was reported so basic without saying details according to my doctor.
I went for ultrasound. Technician is very friendly and the place is very clean. They are very organized, they called me in right on time without making me wait.
